Presumed Located FL - James Gallagher, 60, Pasco County, March 2017

James Daniel Gallagher, 60 was reported missing from his residence on Peter Max Blvd.

His brother told Pasco County deputies he has not seen or heard from Gallagher in a month.

No other details were released.

According to his brothers social media, James passed away.
I couldnt find any official links to an obituary but this is what his brother posted:

James D. Gallagher Jr., Jay, 60 years old, of Hudson, Florida passed away in April, 2017.
Jay is the son of Jim and Lilia Gallagher. Born July 21, 1956 in Long Island, NY, he became a happy resident of the Canal Zone in 1967, living in Coco Solo, Balboa, and Los Rios.
Jay was a Life Scout in Troop 21, Canal Zone Council, and was inducted into the Order of the Arrow at Camp Chagres.
Jay's early passions were model rocketry and control-line model airplanes, becoming accomplished in trick manuevers and dog fighting.
Jay graduated from BHS in 1974. He entered the service, in the Navy, on his birthday, in 1975. He was Honorably Discharged July 20, 1981, with a rank of IC2 on the Nuclear Aircraft Carrier USS Nimitz CVN68.
Jay moved to Bay Shore, NY, and worked in New York City as an electrical engineer. He became an avid (if not obsessed) golfer, even golfing in the dead of night using "glow balls".
Jay eventually moved to Hudson Florida, near his parents, and brother Kevin, where he continued to work as an EE in Tampa, and was able to golf every week of the year. Yes, Jay did have at least one "hole in one".
Jay is preceded in death by his father, Jim, his mother Lilly, sister Letty Ann, and his brother Kevin. Jay is survived by his brother Tom, Tom's wife Susan, and Jay's niece, Mary, and nephews, Tom, John, and Mike.
