It was initially believed that Lovell was in neighboring counties with either family or friends.

The sheriff’s office said that information was refuted after investigations by law enforcement agencies.

There is a picture at the following link that I was not able to copy. There is also an interview with her mother at the link.

The second link above says they went to buy a laptop for her. Did she take it with her? Is there a possibility to track somehow? Is there some social media that can be tracked for IP?

How old is the boyfriend? What type car is he driving? Had he left already, before 11pm?

If he’s an adult, his vehicle should be registered. He probably would have told his family or friends where he was going.

IMO laws like this make things more difficult. Someone who doesn't have bad intentions is made a criminal.

Her mom thinks she ran away, according to the first link offered above and which I have re-linked below as a source. I find it odd that she'd be labored endangered as just a run-of-the-mill runaway. Of course, we can say people of less than x years of age without their parents are all endangered, but presumably the designation is supposed to mean something specific.

O/T Thank goodness for local news in the age of Daily Mail. IMO

Lots of comments of support for this girl on the FB page. I hope she reaches out to an adult she can trust. She's clearly running FROM something. When a child does that, they don't always land in a safe spot.

I've read a lot of comments elsewhere re the letter, most asking "What teenager today would write a letter?" An email, sure, but a letter? With an envelope and a stamp and all? Thinking about it, it makes me wonder if she is with someone older who does write/is used to writing letters. Hmm. Something to consider, I guess.
