It has been reported. We'll see what happens.
I compared him last night & ended up thinking it wasn't likely him. But who knows, it's possible!
The doe is definitely "MH", so I'd compare to his photos.
I saw some MostlyHarmless user posts on a for survival equipment.

Collier Sheriff's Office asks for help to identify man found dead in Big Cypress Preserve
Nichalaus Horton felt exhausted, thirsty and achy, and he only wanted to sit down after hiking more than 10 miles with a friend in Big Cypress National Preserve one evening late last month.
The two men arrived at a sign with news they welcomed: a campsite and some water were only 100 yards away.
He was slightly irritated when they arrived at the campsite and came across a yellow tent near a picnic table. They saw hiking boots and poles outside the tent. He didn’t want to intrude on a camper’s space, but he needed to get off his feet. They were about 6 miles from the car, and Horton didn’t know how much longer he could walk.
A retired co worker thru hiked the AT a few years ago and I have asked him if he knew of Mostly Harmless and forwarded his photos. It’s not probable but worth a try.

Lots of chatter on the FB page. Not sure if any additional info. Going back to read through
There is an early riser 71 in you tube with a hike thru the AT in 2017 that looks an awful lot like this sketch. Lots of videos
some of early risers gear. Do those poles look the same?
A new photo and info. Denim?
I saw that too. That looks like his AT name. My coworker did not know him but he is making the rounds on the sites. He was aware of him.
Apparently that was his trail name, but by the time he got to Alabama he was going by Mostly Harmless or just Harmless.
Found a very interesting article about a fugitive that basically hid while hiking the Appalachain Trail. He was only known by his trail name "Bismarck". Nobody knew his real name. Very interesting.

Any luck with login with that site?
I tried but never got the email to verify the account unfortunately.
Just tried again with a different email, still nothing.
No new info but possibly originally from Baton Rouge prior to NY.
Unidentified, decomposed body found in Florida woods; Some think he's a Baton Rouge native
Found on Pinhoti trail FB page.
Post with above photo for time/location info
