6/2/22 Thursday, Trial Day 4: Wilson II was been found guilty by a six-person Orange County, Florida, jury after two hours of deliberations. His crimes included 2 counts of false imprisonment of a child under 13 years of age, 3 counts of aggravated child abuse with a weapon, 4 counts of aggravated child abuse & 1 count of child neglect, according to an announcement made today by Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Monique H. Worrell. Wilson will be sentenced on 8/19/22.

On Friday, Timothy Lee Wilson was ordered to spend the rest of his life behind bars for the abuse of a child who was rescued by an Orange County waitress.

Timothy Lee Wilson,36, aFlorida man was handed multiple life sentences for torturing his 11-year-old stepson, who was rescued on new year's day after a waitress secretly showed the boy a sign asking if he needed help.

Statement from the waitress:

In an interaction with DailyMail, Carvalho stated, "I feel relieved and with a sense of justice gratitude that he got what he deserved, I also feel happy because the best thing is that the boy now lives a healthy life, protected and receiving a lot of love, affection, care, and respect."

The boy was taken in by his biological father Heath Lewis (Kristen Swann's ex-husband) while the girl was taken in for adoption. I'm disappointed that she didn't get any hard time for her role in the abuse, being an accessory to the abuse and failure to report the abuse. She should've gotten 14 years in prison instead of on probation

I agree. For such prolonged abuse, she should have also had to serve a long sentence.
