Project Cold Case Database The Unsolved Murder of Patricia Gambles On 08/12/1988, a body of an unknown black female was found on a tram road in a wooded area off County Road 131. The body was partially clothed and wrappend in a green blanket along with plastic. Identification was made and victim was identified as Patricia Gambles. Patricia was last seen at a store located in Worthington Springs on 08/11/1988 with a friend and co-workers. Several interviews were conducted with witnesses and possible suspects with no relevant information obtained. As of now, no suspect has been identified. Anyone who has any information about this case, the identity, or location of the suspect(s) is asked to contact the Columbia County Sheriff`s Office at 386-752-9212. This homicide caught my interest, partly cause it's one of a a few persons with a photo on projectcoldcase database, and the little info it has got since 1988. Published July 31, 2018 Patricia Gambles Mysterious Murder Continues To Baffled Authorities Those who were the last to see Patricia alive were questioned, as well as everyone connected to her personally and professionally, but there wasn’t any information that brought detectives closer to finding the monster who took Patricia’s life. There has never been a suspect named in the case, and Patricia’s murder has gone unsolved for 30 years.
