I didn't see a thread for Shiela, please merge if one already exists. The date she went missing seems unclear, IMO, so I left the title date vague.

This file on Charley Project is all I could find for Shiela. I wonder why she was reported missing twice that seems odd to me unless she just didn't want to be found during that time. Whatever the reason I hope that she is safe where ever she is now.
