TK was unable to think like a rational person, he checks every box of the DSM-V criteria for Narcissistic personality disorder:

  • Interpersonally oppressive behavior
  • No form of empathy

I haven't heard anything. I think a local channel might be in the courtroom tomorrow to air the ARRAIGNMENT live, although I wonder if Defendant will appear in court.
One month ago, 4/28/23, his attorney (he now has 3 attorneys!) filed this with the court:

check . . .

Looked up the rule: I don't think he has to be there...because he entered a not guilty plea in his attorneys notice of appearance:

PLEA OF NOT GUILTY Defendant enters a plea of not guilty in the above cause pursuant to Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.170

Disappointed here too. I was looking through the speedy trial rules, then realized he waived his right to a speedy trial in the 1st Attorney's notice of appearance. Curious as to when it will be and if they set a date tomorrow.
