    "Upon entering the residence officers found the victim restrained against his will, confined to his bedroom with a heavy gauge metal link chain secured to a metal bunk bed frame with five locks. With six feet of slack, the other end was secured around his waist with combination padlock,"

    Mathis faces charges of aggravated abuse of a disabled adult, abuse of a disabled adult, aggravated child abuse and false imprisonment-domestic violence.

    That poor young man. He broke into homes to steal food because he was hungry!!! I bet ole grandma was spending the checks he got for his disability.
