She was arrested in Feb 2013 on charges of AGG ASSAULT/DOMESTIC & BATTERY - TOUCH OR STRIKE-SIMPLE / DOMESTIC:

I wonder about the other person involved in that domestic case?
This is not good news if she hasn't been seen since Sept 2013.

Details of Disappearance
Blanchard was last seen in Palmetto, Florida on September 30, 2013. She was sighted jumping from the Skyway Bridge at 5:15 p.m., and after her disappearance, her car was found parked on the bridge. Her body has never been located.
