Just read on WDBO that the specific transcript that the state is asking for is the chambers discussion between the state, Baez and the judge from the March court hearing. You may remember this is when they all went into chambers and discussed how Jose was being paid.

Yes, ANGEL WHO CARES posted this info earlier in post # 1133 inside our TIME-STAMPED thread.

Thanks Salvarenga for reconfirming.

ETA: I think there's some confusion here and hope I didn't add to it.
The 'side-bar' gathering was separate from the meeting in the chamber regarding funding. It is this transcript prosecution is asking for.

Sorry for reposting. That was the first I had read that it was the specific in chambers discussion. I noted this b/c they did have a side bar at the bench during that hearing as well.

A question for Websleuths who read here. Today for the solar eclipse, Venus in II is exactly square Saturn in Virgo. This is cold rejection and hurtful rebuff and both Venus and Saturn afflict the sadistic Mars-Saturn midpoint in Prisoner's chart. What do YOU think is under inspection in the case history and the evidence?

Okay - I'll take a shot at this. Venus in II = money and communications; Saturn in Virgo = stumbling blocks in the details. Maybe why the SA has requested a copy of the transcript regarding the sidebar about JB's payment?

The square causes disagreeable energy between the two points. There was communication about money, but the details do not appear to be accurate or are confusing (any Neptune influence here?). Things are not adding up.

I just posted this link & comment over in the TIME-STAMPED thread.

You are correct Salvarenga- the 'side bar' gathering at the bench in clear sight of all present is separate from the meeting behind closed doors in the Judge's chambers when they were discussing funds.

Watch the video ( 2nd half into it ) of the 'side bar ' conference/gathering of council in the courtroom. This is the transcript I believe Prosection is requesting, NOT the transcript of the private chamber meeting regarding funding.

Thanks for that video Fifth. I had just been reading from my Blackberry yesterday and hadn't seen any video reports about this. I should have known better than to take WDBO's account as correct. Article was written by Drew Petrimoux. He is often on Nancy Grace and bumbles through the segments getting things confused.

In case, it needs to be noted the reporter stated at the end of the report that the Judge had granted the motion and ordered that the transcript be turned over by Thursday.

Knowing that state will get this on Thursday at the latest, does this tell us anything about the contents or what it's specifically going to be used for based on a chart?

Thanks to Angel. I was able to go back to some of the old threads and get some time stamps from the hearing on the 03/25 regarding funding. Here are some of the timestamps from that hearing:

11:09 a.m. The lawyers and Judge Strickland just returned. Strickland said he is "convinced" no conflict exists. He's now having a brief meeting with the lawyers at the bench.

11:03 a.m. Judge Strickland is meeting with prosecutors, Anthony and Baez behind closed doors right now to go over the issue. A few minutes ago, Baez told the judge he has no literary agreement with Casey Anthony. Prosecutor Jeff Ashton wanted Baez to define "story," but Baez objected.

10:58 a.m. Casey Anthony is being briefly questioned by Judge Stan Strickland. Jose Baez told the judge prosecutors are trying to say there is a possible conflict of interest. "We are telling you that one does not exist," Baez said.

Knowing these time stamped moments now and the request from the state regarding the transcript of the sidebar, would this tell us anything in a chart?

Sorry to keep harping at the this....

Muzikman on the main Caylee forum noticed this:

Here is a vid with the complete hearing:
http://www.myfoxorlando.com/dpp/news...motion_hearing

The court reporter is not at the bench recording what was said for this sidebar.

She does, however, go into the other room for the In Camera conference and presumably records that. I remember there being a little bit of discussion in the courtroom on whether or not it would be recorded, and it was decided that it would be.

So if she did not record the sidebar, how would they get a transcript?

Thanks QB, was just coming to post it. (Much better than my babbling half awake explanation, lol!)

That is interesting - I would assume they would have access to a transcript without filing a motion but maybe it's because it was not held in open court - it was held behind closed doors and they need special permission to use it for trial? I am out of my depth here . I wonder if they will post the motion, could be informative.

Do you think maybe they filed it to make the sidebar transcript public information? If so I wonder if it's going to be released to the public as well under the Sunshine Law. (Bet that would make for an interesting read)

Here is the side bar now being transcribed for release to the prosecutors by 5 p.m. July 23, 2009. The north node of the planet Uranus rises, so back at the October indictment, this means of financing a defense looked to be the best all round solution for an indigent defendant. The Uranian node always calls up or invents the optimal way out of a problem. The October indictment is the date pinpointed because Mars on March 25 is at the antiscion or solstice point of the day the grand jury handed down a true bill.

Looking at this chart, Mercury is on Prisoner's Sun, Moon and Uranus are on her Mercury, Mars is on her Jupiter. House 9 cusp is on her Lilith. Saturn is exactly square her midpoint of sadism but does she feel it? The guilt? Not at any price.

By the way, salvarenga, you owe me an opinion on what that icy frost of a rejection afflicting Prisoner's sadism was all about on the solar eclipse yesterday. Venus in II square Saturn in Virgo square sadistic midpoint in Sagittarius.

By the way, Prisoner's Mercury-Sun midpoint was also afflicted at the eclipse. This midpoint reveals her "practical" thinking (as in "How can I USE you?"), her personal outlook, her bias. So all of that was involved in the sadism and rejection under scrutiny yesterday, and possibly being exercised by her yet again!

Is the SA that devious? I don't know. I think it must be something that was said during that sidebar, obviously, that they can use later. I'm not sure if they care about what the public sees, I think they are focused on prosecuting.

Has it ever struck you as an imbalance that indigent prisoner is coming forward with an army of specialists to defend against the charges, a veritable army ? On the other side, we have the State, at a time when states are going bankrupt. Well this imbalance knocks me endways. One would think this was The Cause of the Millennium. And yet, consider the nature of the crime. It just does not hang straight.

I believe the court, Mars at cusp of House 10, is out of patience and out of charity for the defense manipulations of evidence, of court time, of case facts, of media, of witnesses, of expected civility and observed protocol within the Bar. The prosecution's frustration is conspicuous. A hard wind is about to blow. "Heavy weather" coming with certain hints and glints already in view, enough to feed a sailor's superstitions.

Thank you Tuba: I wondering about all of this. Just chiming in like the rest to say how amazing your skills are: and it is the way you share the information that makes it so special.

Blessings :blowkiss:

My guess would be perhaps they are looking back at how this all came about. Could it be that Casey is finally starting to come to the realization that this whole Nanny defense is never going to work so now she is getting ready to throw her parents under the bus and somehow turn the blame on them? Perhaps she is thinking back to the fight the night she left to see what she can pull from this to make this Cindy's fault. Surely she wouldn't be ballsy enough to ask her parents to take some of the blame for this would she....put the screws on Cindy and guilt her into thinking that the fight that night sent her over the edge. Therefore, Cindy is to blame for Casey's actions against Caylee. Maybe Cindy has been approached with this and said no way, no how you are not taking me down with you. ???? I'm just guessing here.....what are your thoughts?

It appears the Baez crew was trying to do some damage control by paying BOA on his client's behalf. Nice to note, BOA isn't accepting it in lieu of criminal prosecution. Let's not forget, this payment comes more than one year after the criminal deed.

Thanks, Angel, enjoy your vacation, slow computer and all. A slow 'puter is better than no 'puter. :) Right?

I do hope SA and whoever are looking into are looking into the parents and their relationship with Casey & Caylee. I do believe that is a major part of what happened to Caylee. I do find it difficult to believe CA has had no contact with Casey since the indictment. CA not trying to control everything? Most difficult to believe. I'm sure are ways to communicate without being in front of the jailhouse videos. Even prisoners are allowed telephone calls and letters. I don't know if the media would have access to telephone wiretapped conversations, and they definitely don't have access to private snail mail.

I do wish they'd do something quickly about the check charges. How unfair is it that the plaintiffs must wait and wait and wait for justice? I believe the prisoner should be convicted on the check charges prior to her murder trial and she should be house in a penitentiary just like any other murderer. Shame on them for allowing this prisoner any leniency, more than she allowed poor Caylee.

Thanks, Tuba, for bringing up this subject astrologically.

MY BOLD

All jail calls are recorded and available to be released to the media if they file a request. That's why there have been no more between KC and the As. Not as certain about the mail; it stands to reason it could be opened and examined for contraband at least. I know in state prisons all mail is subject to be read, although not all mail is. Obviously, she could subvert all this by passing communication via Baez. They seem to finally have learned that the less seen and heard of KC, the better. She does not present sympathetically.

Doesn't the State of Florida need all the money they can muster at this point to make sure people with no food or jobs who didn't kill their children can survive through this economy! Enough, put the screws prosecution, force trial if possible. Where is the defendant getting the money to pay for her team when she is soaking the state. I didn't realize she has more money than them.

This statement, "Surly she wouldn't be ballsy enough to ask her parents to take some of the blame for this would she..." Struck a casey cord in me. If KC is the diagnosed sociopath some talking heads have said she is, KC will go to great links at trying to manipulate the court system and would feel no guilt when projecting blame onto her parents. Remember KC is finally acting out her game of, "Survivor" in front of the world and she feels a sense of false pride at how well she seems to be doing up until now! IMO (as this whole post is) she may feel and be reacting to the betrayl of family support causing furious feelings of frustration at her families new ventures at helping, "MISSING" chidren. She seems to see her parents as opposing , Survivor team manipulators who seem to be ahead at the game at KC expense. From the beginning of this case we have seen challenge after challenge being played in the courtroom. I personally see Lady Justice effecting KC and families game at who will survive. IMO when the benefactor behind the monies is brought fourth into light, we may find out why so many invovled on KC team side were so willing to put ethics aside and play this dangerouse game of survival. :) I'm sorry to yakity yak so much but I must release these thoughts or boil over!
