Aubrey Carroll went missing from Griffin,GA in May 2016, which is about 15 miles from exit 201. One of last known sightings was at the Flying J which is
located at exit 201.

Witnesses were interviewed again, but the last lead on the teen’s whereabouts was the Flying J truck stop at Interstate 75 and Ga. 36 near Jackson.
Once word of his disappearance spread last spring, a man came forward and said he picked Carroll up on the road and dropped him off at the truck stop.
“The guy’s 100 percent sure it was Aubrey he picked up,” Dix said.

Aubrey Jayce Carroll was last seen on May 24, 2016, when he left his high school early and did not return to his home in Griffin, Georgia. It is believed that he may have stayed with friends for a few days and mentioned that he was going to Jones County, Georgia, where he has ties. He also has ties to Spalding County, Georgia. Aubrey has not had contact with family or friends since May of 2016 and there is concern that he may be endangered. He has a pierced ear and when he was last seen, he had a goatee.
