Friend of Sneiderman felt threatened after testimony
"Shayna Citron, a friend of Rusty and Andrea Sneiderman was called back to the witness stand late in the day after Judge Gregory Adams had dismissed jurors."

and

"Citron testified last week that Sneiderman knew her husband had been shot before she got to the hospital and that she thought Andrea Sneiderman was having an affair with Neuman."

"More than 24 hours after being granted bond, Andrea Sneiderman remains in jail.

Judge Gregory A. Adams granted Sneiderman a $500,000 bond after a hearing in Tuesday.

Sneiderman was arrested Aug. 2 after being indicted on murder charges. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, was convicted earlier this year of shooting and killing Sneiderman's husband, Rusty Sneiderman, outside a Dunwoody day care in November 2010.

Channel 2's Jodie Fleischer learned that as of 6 p.m., Sneiderman had yet to pay the $250,000 in cash the judge ordered she pay as part of her bond. "

yay! "Wednesday, Adams also put in a place a gag order prohibiting attorneys from discussing the Hemy Neuman case or the case against Sneiderman. " We won't have to listen to that attorney outside of court.

ESHER PANICH, the attorney for Henny's ex-wife, is a true hero in this case. The former Mrs. Neuman alerted her to the affair and she (Panich) has been pushing to get Andrea nailed from day one.

I am hoping Ariela formerly Neuman will testify this time. She says she will if subpoaned. SHE is the one who arranged for HN to hire AS. She had heard that Rusty had lost his job and they had "two babies to support" and urged HN to give Andrea a chance.

So sad.

This is a very interesting article that discusses the part Ariel (ex-wife of Hemy) and her attorney played in the investigation of HN. Apparently AS was very fixated on Rusty's wallet. ?

E.D.: Prior to the trial's verdict, four family members -- Rusty's father and mother, Don and Marilyn Sneiderman; older brother Steve; and Steve's wife, Lisa -- sat down with the AJC to discuss the personal toll the events of the last year-and-a-half have taken on them. Don, Marilyn and Steve were interviewed at the offices of WSB-TV on Sunday. Lisa Sneiderman spoke with the AJC on Wednesday outside the DeKalb County courthouse as jurors deliberated the case.

Don Sneiderman, the victim's father, said he began to doubt his daughter-in-law's claims that her relationship with Neuman was strictly professional the moment he learned, from Dunwoody Deputy Police Chief David Sides, of the former GE engineer's arrest.

"Once [Sides] told me who it really was, then everything started clicking into place," Sneiderman said. "And about two and half hours later Andrea called us sobbing and in tears, and I asked her if she had lied to me. And her brother said, &#8216;We're hanging up now.'"

It would be their last substantive conversation.

I have been searching (unsuccessfully) all over for a timeline of the phone calls or texts between HN and AS after the murders. Does anybody know this information?


This article states that a lot of communication went on between them before, up to and following the murder.

What I am trying to determine is the possibility that right after the murder he called her, and that's how she knew Rusty had been shot before the day care center called.

The amount of calls and how they were timed out - for instance, if they suddenly spiked in frequency just before the murder - could also be a road map to discerning if she was in on the planning.

I also wonder if she had any discussion with Hemy that he was the "intruder" Rusty found on the property prior to the murder. Did she call and ask him if he was there, I wonder? If she did, and he admitted, that would show that she knew he had an inclination, if not an actual intent, to do something.

Just my thoughts.

Just rediscovered Andrea's (& Newmann’s)case. Her testimony is something else! Much like Wendi Adelson ( lies lies lies) but Wendi is much more controlled. Andrea is so snarky. Is there anything going on with Andrea these days (Jan 2024)? Is there a new trial for something against her coming up? I saw something about that but now can’t find anything. Moo TIA
 
She changed her last name to Russell and is living a regular life.
