Police said three Samaritans helped to capture Terry Thomas Taylor, 46, during Tuesday's abortive 7:20 p.m. robbery at the Lean Bean stand in the IGA parking lot at 1211 Sherman Ave. "I seen a man enter the coffee shop," said Randall Naccarato in a written statement to police. "The woman ran out and I tackled him." ~>>> continued at link I love it when people get involved and actually do something to help prevent crime, even though it can be dangerous! I also loved the part of the story that said ... when Taylor complained to the judge that he had been ganged up on, the judge reminded him that he was much luckier than the man who attempted to rob Lew's Smoke Shop earlier in the week. The three good samaritans are being rewarded with free coffee, at the Lean Bean, for the next year.
