Ahhhh why the silence???
Judge Dennis says, "everything I just said, I repeat. I'll also add this: there's testimony that at that time, Mr. Moorer couldn't move around without Ms. Moorer. Handcuffed to the bed." Hahaha! And the stupid sound went out.
Argh....my sound is out
I’m not watching. Is the jury there? I thought they were dismissed for lunch?
In reference to a direct verdict on conspiracy.
Hahahah!! Sidney can't go anywhere without Tammy, doesn't have a phone, chained to the bed. and I lost sound...
Maybe they realized how disrespectful it was to the Elvis family to have him laughing with his family last week.
Darn law and crime, we NEED the sound on.
Really? Sound cuts out while judge was speaking? Pfffffttt!
I assume he ruled against the directed verdict, based on the way he began his response. Everyone is filing out of the courtroom now, most likely for lunch break.
I gotsta go eat too. See y'all in a little bit.
OMG - we are hearing all the talk about how the Mrs. treated SM like a little beyotch and then the sound poops out?
I think the jury is out of the courtroom.
Maybe it wasn't supposed to be on in the first place?
It's ok.....we got what we wanted....hearing Judge Dennis say without a doubt SM is GUILTY.
I do believe he dismissed them prior.
And now everyone is just getting up and leaving. I guess 'cause there's no sound.
FWIW, my husband is an individual anyone convicted of a crime would want on their jury; he and I were debating this case on our long drive on Friday arguing about the weight of circumstantial versus direct evidence. He is one of those people who would darn near need a body or confession to find someone guilty - he doesn't give a whole lot of weight on circumstantial evidence because he feels it requires one to make assumptions of events before/after. Anywhoo, all that to say, that when the cleaning video came up on Friday he was SOLD! Hook, line, and sinker he was convinced of guilt. I think the judge was too. IMO, there is absolutely no possible way the verdict will be rendered Not Guilty. In fact, I would not be surprised if it took little to no time at all for the jury to reach and deliver their verdict.
I cannot believe they did not use this in Tammy's trial and allow her to spin more webs of lies.
Is he hearing all this? Is he laughing now? Cuz I sure am
I truly hope that is the reason, and not something lame, like a bathroom break.
Um..could anyone tell if Sid was laughing and smiling when he left for lunch? Asking for a friend.
They are. Dismissed for lunch and back at 1:30.
