All you have to do to make bandwife1's post quoted, just place a [ QUOTE ] at the start, no spaces between characters and then [ / QUOTE] at the end, no spaces between characters

I have to really question that Sidney would be okay with Tammy’s defense calling him bisexual. It was absolutely not necessary. They could have explained away that message otherwise - having a prior male sexual partner was not required to explain it, in my opinion.

I wonder if that was a dig at Sidney, frankly, and if he IS testifying for the prosecution.

It is in SM's best interest to be State's witness. TM won't have a restful evening....imo.

If Sid flips that means he's admitting his own culpability. He and TM were together the night of Dec 17 into the early morning hours of Dec 18. He would be sinking his own ship and basically admitting to committing a felony. He's not going to do that.

He may not say nice things about his wife if he's on the stand, but he's not going to roll over and put himself in the crosshairs, and by flipping, that's exactly what he'd be doing.

I want so badly for SM to get on that stand and throw TM under the bus! It may just happen if someone tells him the world has been told he was having a relationship with another male. Also, (am sure this will get to him real bad) when he is told TM has said it was their daughter who was sexting with Caleb...HIS 12 YR old daughter...pretty sure he'll go absolute nutz. He might even hate TM as I type this up!!

We can only hope.

This will all come back in what I am sure will be the most monumentally awful defense closing ever.

Also, those of you who are just joining us, this is the 3rd trial (SM 1st trial was hung jury and his 2nd was guilty this is TM 1st trial) we have been through so some of the witnesses (most) are repeats from the previous trials and most of us know the testimony. If you have any questions or anything is posted by us that you don't understand, just ask. There are thousands of pages of posts that cover pretty much everything. It's been a long almost 5 years since Heather met her untimely end (IMO) so if there is something to be discussed, we have probably covered it.

It seems the reporters bailed on Twitter early today. Definitely worth watching the videos once they're posted.

Defense's last question was about Heather's menstrual cycle (Casey Brown seemed almost bashful bringing it up). Bri said she knew Heather had spotted.

In her redirect, Nancy got Bri to confirm the only person Heather was sleeping with at the time was Sidney.

Sidney did look absolutely miserable in his latest mugshot. Fingers crossed that he does the right thing and testifies against TM.

I am really surprised we had not heard about one of them making a huge plea deal to testify against the other to save their skin.

Its like the saying goes. The early bird gets the worm and gets the deal.
