Henry "Cab" Tice

Does anyone know where CT is these days? He must be making a living somehow, probably in the car business.

{snipped from quote} A book is in the works.
Several publishers have expressed interest in the book. A substantial portion of any proceeds will go towards helping to support these young people as they grow older.
If you have any information that you think might be of interest or of some value to this project, I welcome your input.

What a wonderful place for all the proceeds to go! Children of the victims as well those of the perpetrators could benefit from the probable number of books that will come from this crime. But is Websleuths the proper site to do this marketing?

Actually, my intent was not to market anything. Sorry if I gave that impression. I am more interested in soliciting information from the websleuth community. You are right that the children of the perps have also been hurt. A murder changes the lives of many people, forever.

We knew this was going to happen. Stay tuned. There should be further developments soon. Please let me know if you hear anything.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY - When Byrd and Melanie Billings were murdered...he was a person of interest in the case, but never charged for the crime.

Now...Cab Tice *is under arrest..for allegedly ripping off money from the billings and a number of other finance companies.

Henry Cabell Tice is charged with one count of racketeering.

This may have been mentioned previously, but there is a name, L. S., that keeps popping up, probably coincidentally, but who's to know at this point. Look up Hispanic-American Auto on Sunbiz. The president and registered agent is the individual who presented LPG. Jr. with the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award.

Seems the same names that popped up in the beginning keep coming 'round. Speaking of names, the now deceased JW had a hand in the pot IMO, but unfortunately the investigation into that probably went away when he did.

Tice denied re-titling cars in 2009

"Beasley said that 30 or 40 cars were missing from Tice’s former used car lot before it went out of business and that Bud Billings had done a nationwide record search on the car titles and vehicle identification numbers and couldn’t find them anywhere in the country."

Isn't it odd that these debts were allowed to build to such amounts and were allowed to ride for so many years? Why now? ....thinking aloud....
