What a wonderful place for all the proceeds to go! Children of the victims as well those of the perpetrators could benefit from the probable number of books that will come from this crime. But is Websleuths the proper site to do this marketing?
Actually, my intent was not to market anything. Sorry if I gave that impression. I am more interested in soliciting information from the websleuth community. You are right that the children of the perps have also been hurt. A murder changes the lives of many people, forever.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY - When Byrd and Melanie Billings were murdered...he was a person of interest in the case, but never charged for the crime. Now...Cab Tice *is under arrest..for allegedly ripping off money from the billings and a number of other finance companies. Henry Cabell Tice is charged with one count of racketeering.
