I grew up on O'ahu, and there are parts of Nu'uanu that are very dicey. I never liked being in the Nu'uanu area, I just never felt safe there. The person of interest in Li's case seems very suspicious, and I can only wonder why he broke into a police officer's home, armed, after being questioned about her disappearance.
