But of course her upstanding boys are innocent and couldn't have committed this atrocious crime because he'll they couldn't even steal a deer stand, but just wanted to point out that they use to be straight A students. All righty then. How about we just nominate them for sainthood instead of putting them on trial for kidnapping, rape and murder.

Plus his family seems to conveniently forget Dylan was found guilty of federal gun charges and if there were any doubts about his mental capacity his lawyer on that case would have jumped on it immediately by asking the court to have him evaluated. If that was done then obviously he was ruled competent even back then.

So Dylan is the one that shot his mom in the knee?? I forget so much in this case....

Holly Bobo Murder Trial Will Begin July 10

Judge Denies Continuance


A hearing was held in Hardin County in the Holly Bobo murder case, and the judge confirmed the trial, set to start July 10, will go on as scheduled.

A plea deal was rumored prior to the hearing Friday morning; however, that did not take place.

Friday was the final hearing in the Holly Bobo case before the two men accused in her murder go to trial.

Dylan Adams will plead the 5th Amendment this summer during the trial for his brother, Zach Adams. Zach Adams' trial is still scheduled to begin on July 10.

what we already know makes me sick and this is even before
we know all the details that will be discovered in the trial... what exactly these monster did to sweet holly I feel so sorry for her family who will have to hear all the heinous details during the trial . Death penalty or life in prison ,Both punishments are too light for those Evil monsters.

Gun found Memorial Day weekend in Holly Bobo case

Zach Adams was denied another continuance on his trial, scheduled for just over two weeks away in the kidnapping and death of Holly Bobo, after his attorney says she believes a gun found Memorial Day weekend will be used as evidence by prosecutors.

Jennifer Thompson said Adams' defense attorneys were notified of the gun, but have not been able to inspect the weapon, check serial numbers, or contact any experts for analysis on the gun. Thompson said in court they were made aware of the weapon by email, and have been given photos and the caliber of the weapon.

"We are anticipating that we're going to get an expert," Thompson said. "At this point, we don't have the gun."

Jumping off jggordo's above post. Can anyone with legal knowledge give us any insight as to the likelihood of ZA getting a plea deal this late in the proceedings.

The judge does not have to accept a "plea deal" or as it is more commonly referred to "plea agreement". The Court has full discretion to accept or reject such matters.

I am so sorry for not responding sooner myworldinbytes. I only come to check this thread every once in awhile until the trial gets started.

I wish I could go, but I live in Georgia hundreds of miles away. I would love to be there in support of Holly's family.
