This is all I can find:

    Pretrial Maximum Supervision
    Case Management Services:

    • Assess the needs and risks of each defendant released on bond explaining the conditions of the release and determine the supervision level based on the risk related issues.
    • Monitor the compliance of the defendant's bond conditions, which may include reporting weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or phone reporting.
    • Petition, prepare and represent in court all Order to Show cause hearings and Bench Warrants issued for non compliance of court ordered pretrial release conditions.
    • Refer defendants to the appropriate community resources in compliance with pretrial release.
    • Escort, assist and conduct urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as determined by the conditions of release.
    • Provide information relative to sentencing to the probation departments, courts, and other court officials concerning the defendant's compliance and progress while on supervision.
Provides a more structured and intensified supervision to higher risk defendants released on a Electronic Monitoring Device (tether) and /or a Screen & Breathalyzer. The Maximum Supervision Caseworker is responsible for overseeing the use and function of the monitoring equipment and all activities of the defendants participating in the program. High priority is given to employment, education, and treatment.
    General Eligibility Criteria

    • Defendants charged with a felony.
    • The defendant agrees to participate and signs the Pretrial Release Maximum Supervision agreement.
    • The defendant has an approved stable release address.
    • The defendant has an approved telephone service available at release address.
    • The defendant must be able to care for his/her own safety, and not be a danger to others due to mental illness and or substance abuse.
    Excluded from Eligibility

Maximum Pretrial candidates will not be eligible if one or more of the following conditions exist:
    • Remanded without bond. (NOT ALL CASES APPLY)
    • Have holds from other jurisdictions that would result from the defendant not being able to bond out.
    • Have pending charges of an assaultive nature or has demonstrated a history of assaultive behavior.
    • Have been a prior MSP participant and were terminated unsuccessfully.
    • All suitable households decline participation.

If the girls were in the park, they just may have had their bikes stolen by perps x2 and then lured by the perps claiming that they found their bikes.

I think there might be a few more witnesses who travelled that path that day with information who were likely asked by LE not to speak to the media.

I don't know the meth industry, but seems there would a chain. Suppliers, or frontman etc for the materials needed....and they could be someone prominent and "clean" looking from the outside. Like business people, pharmacists, and the local farmer, etc where it would taint their whole family's image if discovered to be taking part. Making some good extra money on the side. IMO,....just taking a guess tho.

Thanks for this. It sounds like the longer he does this, the longer it'll be before he's sentenced and might have to go to jail.

About where the bikes were found by LE:

If I were using the path/trail and saw two bikes blocking the path, I would probably look around for the owners and, if I didn't see them, I'd move the bikes off the path. I'd be worried that someone might walk/run/bike into them and get hurt.

But that's just me - I can understand others just walking/biking around them.

IMO, others probably saw the bikes but didn't want to get involved so they never called LE.

The cyclist who rode by and had to swerve said the bikes were on the path. The next thing that was said in regard to the position of the bikes was Capt. Abben who said when he arrived they were leaning up against the fence.

I do not believe the bikes were ever moved by anyone other than LE.

I am assuming that if the first bike viewing was true that someone else moved them out of the bike path. It is something I can see people doing if it looks like some random kids threw their bikes down to go explore something and it was in the way of a path or walkway.
I am sure some other people probably walked that path that day, but are either being asked to be quiet or don't want to come forward because everyone else who came forward was immediately regarded as suspicious. It doesn't exactly make people feel comfortable about sharing tips that they may not see as important especially now that some time has passed.

    Thank you good post....

However, I sure hope if someone moved them they would call LE and tell them because if they dust those bikes for fingerprints and find this persons prints it may cause the LE to Think they were a abductors prints...

The chain may involve those who have or can get access to the key ingredient needed to make methamphetamine: pseudoephedrine.

Jacy, I agree. The thought of being talked at by a counselor when my child is missing makes me unable to breathe. I can see therapy becoming a part of the picture should situation continue for months or years or God forbid, it ends in death, but the initial period of panic? Leave me be to either crawl into my own hole of crazy or auto-pilot myself into helping in whatever pathetic way I could.
