But the clients are substantially related because she has represented the parent and now the accused murderer of the parent's child. Even though the substance of the cases are not related the two clients are substantially related.No, this would not be a substantially related matter. It is a totally different case and circumstance.
I am opposed to giving the accused even a whiff of having any excuse to question the outcome of the trial if he's found guilty. (Isn't that even why the gag order is in place?)
