Anyone want to chime in as to what all these motions appear to be? I have no clue
Quoting my own post to now add that Lori Hellis filed the Motion to Intervene and unseal and injunctive relief. Now publicly available at https://coi.isc.idaho.gov/docs/case/CR22211624/073022 Motion to Intervene.pdfWho do (asking my fellow WSers) files the Motion to Intervene recently? It was followed by a Motion for Injunctive Relief, too.
Editing to add: snipped from Idaho Court site when you search the case, this is part of the docket entries
- 07/30/2022 Motion for Injunctive Relief
- 07/30/2022 Declaration in Support
- 07/30/2022 Memorandum in Support of Motion
- 07/30/2022 Motion to Unseal
- 07/30/2022 Motion to Intervene
Scott Reisch also regularly complains about the case proceedings being sealed.
Yay! Lori Hellis is objecting to the clandestine proceedings, via pleadings filed with the court!

Public feedback in the comments at: Idaho State Journal. Interestingly, EIN did not report on Lori Hellis' motions.
Lori Hellis will discuss her court motions on Scott Reisch's show tonight.

I've seen the announcement on HTC Twitter, but it's gone now. Perhaps the interview with Lori Hellis was recorded yesterday and will air on Scott Reisch's channel in the next few days. What time? Did I miss it?
