Kay discovered that Lori purchased a $35 malachite gemstone ring on Oct. 2. The browser history also showed she searched for "beach wedding dress" and white slacks and a shirt for her then-soon-to-be husband, Chad Daybell.

"At that point, I was like, 'Wait a minute, whoa! They're getting married!' They were looking at men's extra-large clothing. Charles? It wasn't for him. It was men's, men's tennis shoes, things for her, a new yellow bathing suit for her, swim trunks for a man, extra-large, all of this was right there for me to look at," Kay said.

The email, which was leaked to Fox10 by its unnamed recipient, states in part: 'we continue to work on Charles case and are confident we are getting closer to getting Lori indicted for her involvement in Charles death.'

Cheryl Wheeler, Charles' ex-wife and the mother of their two grown sons, has long been skeptical about Cox's self-defense argument.

She said that her ex-husband was not a violent person, and that had he actually hit Cox with the baseball bat, he would have at the very least knocked him unconscious because Charles played baseball in college.

Police body camera video from the day of Charles' killing showed Lori returning to the scene and smiling while speaking to the officer.

Wheeler said watching the footage, she was not surprised by Lori's demeanor.

FIND JJ & TYLEE: Just got off the phone with Kent Marboe, district manager of Lamar Advertising in southeast Idaho. Lamar donated two billboards with the missing poster of seven-year-old JJ Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan. The siblings have been missing for seven months and their mother Lori Vallow is in Madison County Jail.

Marboe tells me it was a simple decision to help because Lori still has not revealed what happened to her children. The first two pictures posted are of the location at Highway 20 North to Rigby and Rexburg. The last two photos are of the billboard location at Highway 26/North Yellowstone Highway to Jackson, Wyoming.

I’m told these signs will be up for at least two months and there is also a digital board of the missing kids in Idaho Falls.

A total of three big reminders with the same question. Where are the kids?

SOURCE: Chad Daybell is interested in putting a manufactured home on his Salem, Idaho property this spring. Per source, Daybell inquired about the mobile home last Friday (3/27) and said his financing is “moving along well.” The phone number he used checks out as the same he registered in Kauai.

RAW GILBERT PD BODY CAM FOOTAGE: In this compilation from 1/31/19, a GPD sergeant interviews Gabe Bonilla, a friend of Charles Vallow over the phone. Bonilla told police he heard a recent phone call between Lori and Charles when she allegedly told her former husband “she would destroy him.”

Then Lori Vallow, Tylee Ryan and Melanie Gibb arrive at GPD to speak to officers about Lori’s stolen purse and phone that morning. She accused Charles of taking her belongings while she dropped off their son JJ at school. Officers ask what happened, Lori also says Charles is cheating on her and also wants her to give him the money she took from their account. Tylee Ryan reads some of the texts she claims Charles sent the night before. Melanie Gibb sits in on the discussion and tells police Charles used Lori’s phone to impersonate her via text to lure her to the Vallow home where he had been locked out.

Finally, officers call Charles on the phone but you can’t make out what he is saying. But it is apparent Charles wants police to enforce the involuntary committal order he says he obtained overnight (per police report). The officer tells him he has to bring Lori her stuff back and she can’t be held against her will despite Charles petitioning for her to be mentally evaluated.
