Gosh. I feel devastated, hopeless and angry after feeling the impact of Larry's words.

This is blowing up now. I expect a revelation very soon from Chad that the children are dead. Even if he says (lies) that Lori recently told him. Game's over, surely.

MOO

Yes

I think the prosecutor kind of summed it up at the bail hearing. He's never seen a case like it. It's extraordinary.

But that does not mean it is not simple at its heart.

All the no comment is because no defence exists. But somehow they got away with it for so long. That's the unusual part.

I mean imagine the Chris Watts case if he said "no comment" when the cops first arrived on day 1.

Taking a page out of Aunt Lori’s scorched earth custody dispute book.

So agree here! The organized crime thing, I do recall reading something a similar accusation had been leveled toward CV, however I only read it once and it's never been brought up again that I've seen. Does anyone remember that and/or have source for where that came from? TIA.

Can someone help me out with CR statements please.

Why does he have a facetime with the kids on the day he also says he saw them at his work to say goodbye. Both are quoted for 30th August?

Or have I mixed something up here...
Perhaps he saw them earlier in the day and facetimed with them later in the day.

IMO I really think it’s going to be they are “protecting the children from the Woodcocks”. Lori will lie and say JJ is terrified of his grandpa because he touches him or something like that. Chad will say he had to lie about Lori having children because he needed to protect them, the kids. They will claim its their religious rights to “hide kids from evil“ . They are going to be the victims. Charles will be called an abuser and Alex was protecting Lori and the kids. Chad knew Lori because he counseled her in her time of need and when Tammy passed he felt compelled or prompted to care for Lori. They will lie and say they were making arrangements to visit the kids and that the government is interfering with her protecting her children. She will say God will heal JJ, he doesn’t need meds. MOO!!! But I am telling you a huge wave of bullsh@@ is coming our way. It will be something that Mr P and his peeps will rally around and demand he right to protect her kids. To clarify- none of it will be true but will be used anyway MMO

I'm looking for a source and can't find it. Maybe I dreamed it. I thought I saw an article from Lori's initial hearing where *someone* from Idaho was quoted as saying "we can have people there in a couple of days" to escort her back to Idsho. I just assumed they would just fly commercial. Does anyone remember that? Jmo

I'm googling all kinds of combos and can't find it.

Assuming the children are alive, how long did they anticipate keeping one child and one near-adult hidden without personally going back to check on their welfare and/or to check in with their caregivers? Isn't there some point where they would look at each other and say "Hmmm....wonder how the kids we've hidden, the kids we haven't communicated with, and our grandchildren, are doing? Let's go have a look." When was that supposed to happen? I personally think having my kid "alive" is a relatively low standard of care, and I generally like to know a bit more....

Yes I remember it wasn’t there a couple of press conferences straight after LVs first court appearance? One was deffo in Hawaii, I’m wondering if the other one was Rexburg? Moo

Because either he physically saw them last not on facetime in which case why didn't he say that.

Or

He facetimed them last and that would have been after the move. In which case the date is wrong he gave. As we know that they moved on 30th or 31st August. He had said previously that TR was upset but made no mention that she was doing better. "Just getting on with it" was the approximate wording.

Or something else...

Perhaps he saw them earlier in the day and facetimed with them later in the day.

Possible but why not say you physically saw them and facetimed on same day.

Please no one get be wrong. I thought his interviews were all legit but I just see this massive timing issue.

I know that the media *could* have asked him to dumb down the story.

I believe it was said at the first hearing after her arrest.

Could they be that stupid?

Ummm... I haven't seem that much evidence that they are criminally smart.
- having TR phone
- getting storeage locker with cameras
- using own vehicles
The list goes on. I think they either didn't care because the world would end before the law caught up with them. Or they thought they were gods so things like law didn't apply to them. Or they are stupid. Moo

I think they may have been planning a story like that since they were found in Hawaii and served with an order to produce the children, but now I feel the reality of her incarceration and not getting out on bail so that they can flee again might just force a different outcome. Could be wrong, often am.
