Kankakee police are looking for a 12-year-old girl who ran away from her home in the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue on Thursday afternoon.

Alexus Williams was reported missing by her mother, who told police she left home with some clothes and her mother's wallet.

Alexus last was seen in a blue shirt and jeans. She wears her long hair in a pony tail. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall, black and weighs about 230 pounds.
