Patrick Mulhern was last seen by his parents at about 2 a.m. July 25 at his residence near York Street and Diversey Avenue.

He was wearing blue checkered pajama pants and a dark-colored Mr. Potato Head T-shirt. Mulhern is likely wearing silver glasses, a black watch and a black paracord bracelet, and he may not be wearing shoes.

Mulhern likes to go to local parks and has a fascination with swing sets.

Sheriff's officials announced at a press conference Tuesday afternoon that Mulhern was found around 12:30 p.m. and was in good health. They thanked the public for its help.

missing again: DuPage County sheriff's deputies are searching for a missing 22-year-old man with special needs who last was seen around 2:30 a.m. Friday near his home at Diversey Avenue and Patricia Lane near Elmhurst.

Patrick Mulhern is described as a white man with light brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say he is autistic but verbal and may be wearing silver glasses, gray pants and a dark leather coat. He is known to visit parks and playgrounds.

The same man also went missing in July and was found safe.“
