I hate to keep agreeing with you. ;) But you're right. Read the transcript of the recent PC. Most of it makes no sense, IMO, if they already have a suspect. But it makes perfect sense if they have no idea who killed the girls. That DC emphasized "we're just getting started" and "we're not going to quit" is not only a message to BG but to the families, fellow LEOs, and the GP. In other words, they've had to rethink their strategy and, yes, go back to the drawing board. But that doesn't mean they're not determined to find the killer, however long it takes.

My brain also turned those bunch of pixels into binoculars. I used to do quite a bit of "birding" and used several pairs of binoculars, depending on the situation. I guess it makes sense that my life experience helps to shape the way my brain processes unknown items in low res images. MOO

I’m looking at a military holster which is different and might make sense about the angle...anyway I turned my phone upside down and was looking at BG upside down and realized I’d never done this before and that seems somewhat surprising at the moment.

"might appear younger than his true age"

Hmmm. Now I read that for the nth time it appears to me that you're right and they would have to know that "true age" to actually make that comment true, wouldn't they? They must indeed therefore know the suspect or at least know several "cousins" from a gene pool of suspects from the DNA IMO.

    <modsnip - removed a quote that has been deleted>

I used to go hiking up in the mountain trails until I saw a bush rustle and peered in and saw a man. This is not uncommon, homeless, etc.

The idea of BG being homeless has come up here and I used to consider this as a possibility until I’ve been spending a lot of time with the homeless recently and decided that BG looks too clean imo.

As far as working at the plant, he also does not appear to have animal blood on his jacket/pants that (I) we can see, so imo if he works at the plant it’s not in the slaughter capacity, or if he does his clothes have been changed, he wasn’t working that day, or it’s covered up by the jacket.

Good Morning America is airing a segment with Alex Perez of ABC News interviewing Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter about this case on Wednesday (tomorrow) morning.

I read that somewhere too. SC makes it it tough for LE to look into just by the way it functions. Maybe SC retains all user content for at least a couple of days. That would be an insane amount of info between pics, video and messages. SM makes the world a lot smaller and a little bit scarier IMO.

I can't see anything with him doing that little jig there... all he needs is a wee bit of the music.

But, seriously, I have wondered for a long time what he's doing with that right hand. He is not just a guy with both hands in his pockets... he's doing or hiding something with the right hand, imo. I don't see a knife sheath but wouldn't doubt you if you can see one. There is something that reflects over in the area you describe. I just can't make it out.

MOO he had two handguns. Maybe he was going to set out with one, then thought he better bring another. Don't have a opinion on whether premeditated. Seems opportunistic to me.

I wondered about that statement, too. Maybe the witness said they thought he was older than he looked or something?

I still go back to the PC when they said the first sketch was secondary. That sure doesn’t sound like dismissed to me. I know they came back and said to focus on the new sketch, YBG, but I think the old sketch still may have something to do with what happened. To match the new parameter of age it would seem that OBG may be the one that could look younger. It’s also confusing.

We were talking about little Gabbi Doolan earlier who was raped and murdered and left in the creek in less than just 18 minutes. I’m looking back at an article and seeing how the perp was married and had 5 kids. His wife had been ill and he had been caring for her. I remember it being mentioned here many times that perhaps BG cares for someone (elderly?) in his family. I wonder if BG has kids of his own.

There was also allegedly blood on his pants from the sexual assault. So even if BFT or strangulation was the COD there still might possibly be blood if a sexual crime existed.

So his clothing after the crime is still a big question as it would maybe have blood on it or water/mud from the creek etc.

So did he wear these clothes out during his exit from the crime scene or did he change or strip a layer....did he have a bag, etc.

    So many questions.

Regarding the construction at the Packers plant could BG have some type of mask that they use in construction around his neck? Yes folks I am back at a respirator of some kind.

I can’t see the gun a lot are speaking of, however I do believe he had a gun and used it to control the situation.

Would not have had to been a huge Dirty Harry style gun. There are ample small carry guns available like a Smith bodyguard, fits right in front jeans pocket and hardly noticeable, if noticeable at all.

Surely this has been mentioned over a thousand times, but if BG is indeed only 18 now, he would have been 16 at the time of the crimes. I don't think he's that young, but if so, he'd have had the day off of school, too. MOO

Edit: I've been made aware that the age range was changed to 20s to 30s. Ignore this post. :)

On google earth, the old cps building is still there 07/2018. So if it got burned down before being bulldozed, it happened after that. What's the earliest date that we know it's gone?

I think we should go with the ISP written clarification which was released after the 22nd April PC, where they listed the age range as 20s to late 30s.
