I agree JBC is a someone who checks a lot of boxes but let's not get blinders on. There are more offenders capable of this than we think. The rarity of the event (stranger abduction and murder) is not just because there are few offenders capable of it but also because the offenders do not always find the opportunity to victimize the way they want to.
