Wednesday, November 2nd:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 1pm CT) - IN – Amiah Robertson (8 mos.) (March 9, 2019 last seen @ babysitter’s (Jeanette Browning) on So. Holmes Ave, reported missing 3/16/19 by mother, Amber Robertson, but it was later learned the baby had been missing for one week) - for *Robert Lyons (23/now 24), then bf of mom, indicted (9/9/22) & charged (9/16/22) with for 1 count of neglect of a dependent resulting in serious injury but results in bodily injury (F3), 1 count of neglect of a dependent results in bodily harm (F5), 1 count of neglect of a dependent the abandonment or cruel confinement deprived a dependent (F5) & 1 count of neglect of a dependent def. places dependent in situation that endangers the dependent (F5). Arrest warrant out for Lyons. 9/12/22: Lyons is in touch with his attorney & LE hope he surrenders. Surrendered to LE 9/13/22. Bond $200K Surety. Bond reduced (10/7/22) to $150K. If bonded out: probation with home detention & GPS.
Trial set to begin on 11/14/22.

9/13/22 Update: Lyons: Police announced late Sept. 13, 2022 that Robert Lyons was in custody & being held at the Adult Detention Center after turning himself in to authorities. 9/15/22: Warrant or writ of attmnt for the body of a person served. Court sets bond at $200K Surety.
9/15/22 Update: Initial hearing on 9/16/22. 9/16/22 Update: Initial hearing commenced & concluded. Presiding by Judge Shatrese M. Flowers. Indigent counsel appointed at County expense. No contact Order issued. Defendant advised of NCOs, states he understands & signs Order. Court sets bond @ $200K - 10% held for PTR electronic monitoring. Upon satisfaction of bond, party held for other agency. PTR Electronic monitoring. Upon satisfaction of bond, defendant held for PTR electronic monitoring, no new arrests, abide by NCOs, no weapons, deadly devices, ammunitions, et. Next pretrial conference hearing on 11/2/22 @ 1pm & jury trial set to begin on 11/14/22 @ 9am.
9/21/22: Motion for bail reduction & motion for hearing filed by Lyons. 10/4/22: Motion to review NCO for Lyons. 10/5/22: Vacate NCO-granting Motion for hearing. 10/6/22: Order: Granting motion for hearing.
10/7/22 Update: Bail review hearing. Vacate NCO hearing. Commenced & concluded. State calls witness 1, witness sworn in, State direct, State moves to admit Exhibit 1-granted. No objection.
