@Niner
I was looking back over her court dates and found the entry below interesting. I didn't realize she had not seen it until a month ago (if that's what it means?). I wonder what Wootton's atty's strategy was? His 'dismissed without prejudice' charges can all be brought back. Are they hoping for a murder charge on her and then they'll permanently drop his dismissed ones? Is there a chance that she's responsible for some of the injuries and he covered for her?

That seems like a lot of pages.

07/15/2022 = Order Granting
Comes now the Court, having received the State's Motion for Discovery Protective Order, and hereby GRANTS said request and ORDERS that the State may discover to Defendant the unredacted 974 pages of R.S.' medical record that it received on July 9, 2022. The State and Counsel for Defendant shall otherwise maintain the confidentiality of the record and may not disclose the medical record to any other person, except as needed in preparation for or use at trial. Well she is/was charged with 1st degree murder on 5/16/19. Maybe - if they do find her guilty - they won't re charge Wootton with the dismissed murder charges - I would think - unless of course she takes the stand - and reveals something about this.

@Niner Count II is the murder charge.
