Feeding JB's massive ego was what this interview was about. It made me sick.

Intimately involved, huh....I guess if the Lead Attorney defending the accused emails you confidential exchanges between another lawyer and the accused's family...would that qualify as intimately involved?

Thanks to all of you kind souls who have the stomach to watch & post this stuff for the rest of us. I had my fill of IS during jury selection and I probably will never watch again.

What a stupid statement on Baez's part, imo. Is he saying that there is no defense story? There is NO story to explain what happened to that child?

Because I KNOW the state has a story. A credible, organized, well told narrative that they are going to masterfully set out before the jury. It is not just a set of facts.

If all the DT has is just a 'set of facts' and no story, then Casey is toast.

Maybe he should borrow that hammer from Cindy and bust that frame so he can spend that dollar on his mortgage.

So hard you can't do proper grammar, Jose? Hardest, not most hardest. Let me guess, you skipped grammar classes in school too? Geesh.

I think sometimes it is easier to get caught up in how much I dislike ICA than to think about what she actually did ..if that makes any sense .
Poor Caylee ..I will never understand why she was murdered .

IS coverage is good right now. Piecing together the timeline, etc. is helping me to remember a lot more.

I believe ICA killed Caylee to hurt CA. It goes back to the fight between them on the 15th that CA continues to deny.

Yes. I will never forget the first time I heard that anguished call for help. It broke my heart to think of what she was feeling.

I'm with you. Although I've had to take breaks, throught out the last few years because it is so sad. The real sadness and sickness is beginning to settle back in for me. I could not imagine living this nightmare as one of the close friends that the Anthonys have.
I live in Cali and we took our girls to Disneyworld in Florida for a family vacation at same time as Caylees memorial service. I was so very sad as we toured Universal Studios just thinking about it all. I with all my heart am praying for justice for beautiful, sweet Caylee.

I agree. IS spoke with the guy at the tattoo parlor whom I gathered might be on the witness list. The guy said "what's hard to believe is that KC was always sitting on the couch being attentive to Caylee. She would be playing with her and feeding her". I started rolling my eyes wondering where that attentive mother went when Caylee died.

O/T Kind of... I have been thinking that with only 49 seats to the public in the court room.... and those being a pool to get tickets .. My main question and concern is will CA and GA and any others with the A's have to get tickets also just like reg. public? I have looked on different news stations at seating charts and see named media and public seats only... Anyone have any Ideas??? TIA It will be very long days for them if they have to wait in line starting at 5:30am each day to get those tickets daily... I wonder if this is why HIS HONOR granted them to sit in gallery knowing have to get tickets like everyone else????

Here it is Baby Sweet Caylee Justice is coming very very soon.. Bless you Sweet Caylee...

That would be the Nilton Diaz Case..he was convicted of Manslaughter and Child Abuse and sentenced to 15 years..

Eyewitness News also learned that Baez was almost an hour late for the sentencing of his client, Nilton Diaz, in a Lake County child abuse death the day Anthony was released the first time. That same day, Baez shoved a reporter. He also kept the Lake County judge, the victim's family and witnesses waiting. When he arrived, he made no apology.
Baez also requested a special hearing the day before that, asking for a delay in Diaz's sentencing, telling the judge he expected the media to follow him to Lake County after Anthony's release and that it would be prejudicial to Anthony.
Lake County Circuit Judge Mark Nacke denied Baez's request for that delay. Baez ended up taking Casey back to her house the day she was released from jail before he headed to Lake County. No reporters followed him to Lake County that day.

    Diaz blamed Baez for 'defectiveness'
IIRC, Baez went after the dead toddlers mother, accusing her of being a bad mother, in that case in a way to defend his client.
Baez also did a 'trial by ambush' move, failing to disclose evidence to the Prosecution, that backfired.

I think the 911 calls are going to be crucial in this case. They are devastating to the DT.
You can clearly hear how upset, sincerely distraught Cindy is when she first hears for sure that Caylee is truly missing. And that sincere emotional fright is contrasted by Casey's nonemotional, who cares attitude.
You also get to hear the famous " It smells like a DEAD BODY in the GD Car" ---the DT can call in as many experts as they want to say it was rotten pizza--but we already heard the nurse say it was decomposition, not rotten pepperoni.
And then, of course, we get to hear Casey say that she just talked to Caylee the previous afternoon, and everything is fine.
Once the jury hears those calls they will have the whole story in a nutshell. imoo
