I have created an excel spreadsheet that indexes the PDF document. Even though it's only halfway done (it should be finished later today), I wanted to ask some questions. How to I post a PDF in the forum? Since it's an excel document, some might want the actual spreadsheet. It can be sorted by date, person, officer, badge number, etc. With having the actual excel document, everyone can add their own notes for each page. It makes it very easy to locate a page, cross reference, or keep notes. How should we do this? ? Please advise.
