Irwin neighborhood crime statistics

I went through the crimereports website and put together incidents that have occured from June 14th through October 3rd.
I've numbered the locations of the incidents on a map and listed the offenses here.

Interestingly enough, it was not the first time arson was reported at the intersection where the dumpster fire occured during the early morning hours of October 4th. The previous incident occured on September 17th just after midnight.

What are you considering her neighborhood, the flop house? My recollection is that her car that was torched was parked in the same apartment complex as the dumpster that caught fire the night BL vanished. The car was disabled/broken down.

DIAZ: Mike Brooks is on the ground in Kansas City. Mike what can you tell me about Megan`s car and the fact that it caught on fire?

BROOKS: Well, Megan says that this guy Jersey, John Tanko, allegedly set her car on fire. Now, she didn`t give a description of the car. Found out from sources here at Kansas City that on September 16th, it`s a Friday night at 11:48 p.m. There was, in fact, a car fire; her car was fully engulfed in fire.

Now, in fact, it burned the car next to her, Carlos; what relationship if any does that have to this case? That`s what we`re trying to figure out. It`s in the same complex as that dumpster.

different neighborhood but dates are close together. Tanko likely torched Wright's car. Another report has them breaking up the night before.

So the arson incident on 9/17/2011 at 4 minutes past midnight appear to be MW's vehicle in that apartment complex that was burning?

I researched this further from 9/15/2011 - 9/17/2011 and the only arson fire showing up on the map is the one I just mentioned. I went north to Vivion, west to N Oak Trafficway, south to Front St and about a mile east of I-435.

Go to crimereports and go south to about 27th & Prospect and compare the crime in that time frame. It's like comparing night and day.

According to the recent (CNN IIRC) comprehensive report......that incident WAS the car fire that MW reported and it DID occur at that apartment complex....the same one with the dumpster fire.

This is virtually ALL of the incidents here in that time frame AND take into account that almost all of the theft and b&e's are being attributed to Jersey himself. Take him out of the picture and you get one very quiet, cozy neighborhood.
When LE was showing up around the neighborhood they were even commenting that most of them had to look the neighborhood up on a map because they never get called here!

i wish i lived in a neighborhood like yours,i think around here those incidents could fill a week at a stretch of PD time.
