39-year-old Adi Lederman of Israel has been jailed for 14 months for hacking Madonna's and other celebrities' computers. He was also fined about $4,000. Lederman was a contestant on Israel's version of 'American Idol'.

The star had complained about details of her forthcoming album being leaked online, but under a plea deal Lederman just admitted to computer trespassing and infringement of privacy, with Madonna named as a victim but without further details. The FBI was instrumental in tracking him down and it's believed he was selling the songs he gained access to.
