Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, I'm not sure if I'm posting right.

Details:
Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual whom law enforcement refers to as Jane Doe 36. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child. Jane Doe 36 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to law enforcement's attention in August of 2016.

Jane Doe 36 is described as a White female, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. She has long, curly brown hair. In August of 2016, Jane Doe 36 was seen wearing a pink shirt and a pair of black pants with polka dots.

So I can't figure out the spelling on this certificate in the background. If we get that I'm sure the case could be solved.

I don't think that woman is 30 - 40 years old?

Looks like "most improved" on the certificate.

There are 2 words in front of High School on the diploma. Looks to me that the first word is longer, but the curve of the entire phrase could be a factor?

That is a good image of the young lady and agree she's much younger than 30. I'm surprised they haven't been able to identify her.

Also it looks like the certificate corner is "most improved award" but cannot make out the signature.

Looking at the "Axxxx V or K or Rxxxx High School" certificate

"Vogler High School," Google doesn't find one.

What letters do you see? Now of course I kept staring at the image, and see "Youth Softball" instead.

I think that first word starts with the letter S the next word could start with V and then High School I could be wrong but that's what I'm seeing. Also the second picture says "most improved" but I can't make out anything else.
