Well, so trial starts @ 10:15 mountain time tomorrow.

Sheriff Arpaio confirmed that on trial days, inmates in Maricopa County jails are awoken between 3 and 4 in the morning for trials that begin at 10:30 AM. They are given a breakfast when they wake up, then nothing until 6 in the evening when dinner is served at the jail.

According to Gronski, legally no one other than the Sheriff or his deputies can provide food for an inmate during the trial.

“If I hand them something to eat, it’s a class 2 felony,” he said

If she is getting lunch every day, then Maricopa county should be highly offended at the accusation.

Ah....well I get very sick if I eat very early and then don't eat until much later in the day. The body DOES need continued nourishment, especially under such stressful conditions.

With that being said I don't believe for ONE INSTANCE that she has NEVER eaten lunch since this trial started. It does not make sense at all. I believe it's a tactic from the defense to try and get her more prepared or give her a good shaking or I don't know but I don't believe for one minute she has not had food.

I can't prove that she has not had lunches but it just does not seem logical that when everyone gets to eat, the defendant does not...that could open all kinds of issues. No, either her or her team is janking everyone's chain.

Honestly folks, I'm getting very very worried. I am really afraid that the jury's going to be sympathetic and let her off. I know this is heresy but I don't think that the prosecution is laying out a logical case - he's all over the place, and he lets his disgust for her show too much. I hope to god I'm wrong.

I really hope they are wrong and that she has been getting lunches. I don't think she deserves them, I just don't think they should be given any reason to blame anyone else for her not doing what she is supposed to be doing.
