I haven't been online since Sat so maybe this was already mentioned . On the jodi support team website there is a message from her, she wants everyone to know bc is a loser and basically everything he is saying to the media is BS.

So either she knows him and has decided he is making her look unfavorable, or he is truly the nut he seems to be.

I am actually looking forward to defense experts Richard Samuels and Alyce LaViolette. During cross, Martinez brought out the fact that she has lied to both of them.

Naturally, when I go to type, I can't think of what the lies are except that she told one of them that the "child" pictures were on the computer.

:lol: I was just about to post about which Jodi persona we'd see today. I think she will, indeed, return to the sweet, shy, innocent, demure, soft-spoken "character" that we saw during direct testimony. She will be ready to do laundry - wash, rinse, spin, repeat - and remind the jury that she was emotionally, sexually, and physically abused by big, bad Travis Alexander. :moo:

I am one of many who do not agree with your daytime program changes.

TruTv is yet another station changing their programming to yet more reality/nonsense same old, same old programming.

I have been watching In Session/Live Trials for years. To suddenly change programming right in the middle of a trial and changing your programming in general is, to say the least, a great disappointment.

Needless to say, there is absolutely no other reason to watch your TruTV channel, except for the 2 hours per day In Session will be on. After that, the channel changes or will go to the computer to watch live trials.

Very disappointed.

Why was there nothing mentioned about the tire-slashing incident in the trial thus far?

Because there is no proof she did it, nothing but speculation.

I don't think it's that critical unless it's to show her prowess with a knife and TA's body speaks for that.

I don't believe anything about tire slashing was mentioned in any of the testimony.

The judge reviews the juror questions to allow only valid questions.

Sorry ... my question posed was kind of snarky - it would never be asked as there was no concrete proof JA was responsible for the tire slashing.

I dread hearing the defense experts. I just can't trust what a paid witness has to say. As if today isn't bad enough I saw the pictures of FCA going into her bankruptcy hearing and she looks great. She MURDERED her child in cold blood and gets to go on with life like nothing happened. That jury has forever taken away my confidence in the jury system.

True but I think they want to make sure they do everything right. I know that if I were a juror then I'd ask questions. Plus it will be interesting to see how she answers the jury as opposed to JM. It will be to her disadvantage if she says 'I don't know' to a juror question. Again if she rambles off then she will most certainly lie.

i wouldn't give her the satisfaction of asking her a question, and i wouldn't waste my time because she'll just lie anyway. and remember, the attorneys can object to these questions. so she may not get very many at all, even if they asked her a bunch.

I would hammer on Jodi's "trip". Her intentions are to visit "1000 places" and Ryan Byrnes. Stops over at Travis' then go back home.

Why did she an email to Travis (with him being in Cancun) that she would come and hang out at his place and clean.

The Flores report states there was moved furniture and a floor cleaner in the middle of the floor.

BBM - If I was a juror, I'd ask Arias to lay out her trip step by step on a map to see if it matches the mileage on her rental car receipt.

HLN has so dam8m many commercials! It's one of the worst for viewing a trial I think. Sadly we don't have an option now that In Session is showing cars getting towed by lizards.

If I was a juror, I would ask:

Where did you get the money your deposited on your trip.
Was the remote that you returned to DB the DVD remote belonging to your grandparents
Why was there duct tape on the bathroom floor
How did the bathroom floor get flooded

Of course I doubt that she will have a truthful answer to any of the questions.

That is interesting of Dr. Scott Bonn. I don't remember learning that in Abnormal Psychology even from Freudian Psychoanalytical Professor.
NOW, my sociology professor talked a lot about coining the same disorder in a sociological perspective. I had a minor in sociology. Soooooooo
I am not so such about Dr. Bonn's opinion.. yet it is his opinion.

Now, in clinical sense, I have not experienced his definition.
