This is very tragic indeed. Nancy's friends are very upset that someone has deleted her twitter account. I think they feel her voice has been silenced and her old chatter to them about life, love, weddings and TV has been stolen.
Meanwhile, the Mail has easily retrieved them all and published the very few that were angry and aimed at family anyway, that were probably the reason for deleting the account in the first place.
Nancy did seem very, very happy, bubbly and excited at times, then very, very low. I couldn't help wondering if a gastric bypass could have an adverse effect on someone, if they tended towards depression anyway? Don't people have to pay really careful attention to their diet after that op, to make sure they don't become malnourished? I wondered if malnutrition can lead to depression, or worsen existing depression.
Just so sad anyway. I wish she could have stayed a little longer, as things could have seemed so much better the next day, or the next week. They often do.
