Nancy Grace's Show on Wednesday, 10/12/11 has the store clerk on who checked out Debbie and the "identified" man (per LE) in the store.

Store clerk: There were two separate purchases; wine and then baby food and baby wipes.

Store clerk states: Has seen the man with the mother as well as the father.

I didn't see two purchases, but if Deborah is on assistance and carries a food stamp card, she would not be able to purchase wine with it. Otherwise, why would there be two purchases. The brother never paid for anything I could see.

Kathleen Zellner has NOT been retained by the Irwin family nor did Kathleen Zellner asked to be retained by the Irwin family.

According to Kathleen Zellner personally on Judge Jeanine's show 10/15/11, someone within the area of the Irwin's remembered a case Kathleen was on that was so similar to Baby Lisa's case. This person gave the phone number to the Irwin's and the Irwin's contacted Kathleen.

Kathleen stated they basically talked about the other case.

(Although it was Megan who stated this as Megan didn't run the full clip of the interview to include DB saying Effexor.

DB stated to FOX interview done on Sunday, 10/16/11 that they didn't need an attorney. However, the next day, Monday, 10/17/11 they have an attorney.

I am confused about the reports on the mobile-phones. I have read from somewhere else which says that they all did not work because of non-payment. But, there is another report which says that the mother tried to fix the phones on that night.
