    bolding mine

    I think you're good, now. ;)

Esp. since PF depends on mommy so much that he includes her phone numbers to facilitate his dirty work.
Your post puts this picture in my mind.
    It's unsettling.

My sarcasm is obviously more subtle than I meant it to be. I must sharpen my skills.

I finally found the pregnant Kelsey photo-very sad I’m sure she was a great mother to that little girl & obviously worked very hard to provide.

I despise her, but know she thankfully was the weak link. Her story aligned with evidence, and yeah. Teleportation hasn't been achieved yet, so she was not there when Kelsey was murdered.
There's no two ways around it. PF is guilty.

No! It was JM, who testified. Remember he told PF to "get that s*** out of your head" or something like that and didn't, initially, take him seriously.

Thank you for the times, however it says I have to view the video on the Facebook App? I don't do FB and only created the account to watch the video's. Any thoughts around this? I do not want to install the app.

If they check PF’s mouth, SF’s mouth, other SF & sis F & all molars intact this case could become even more twisted. It’s already disturbing that they were spread around in different rooms.

missed the start, sam notes... #1

    - entered in exhibit, body camera video of KK leading agent Slater through KB's home.. KK is pointing out blood stains
    - KK wearing CBI agent jacket...also has a hat on... Sam thinks that is really weird.. they put her in LE gear... guessing wanted to conceal her identity because we didn't get info about KK until later in January
    - video of the walkthrough... KK points out where she saw blood when she walked in.. pointed out tv, chairs for the tv stand, baby toys, said where she dropped her bag by door.. put her gear on..
    - the blood expert paused video.. he would do that to explain things
    - he said she's pointing out places that are consistent with blood splatter stains..
    - said yes, consistent with being hit with a bat when asked by May
    - she points out blood on baby gate
    - said she put detergent into the washing machine because she had been instructed to wash things
    - think she washed towels
    - in testimony KK had said she didn't want to put lights on
    - said there was a lot of blood all over the floor, maybe some footprints but doesn't remember
    - talks about blood pattern transfer stains..repeated transfer stains.. like walking in a puddle, then on dry sidewalk.. the fact that KK recognized as foot prints shows there was a blood source... same principle as using an ink pad then stamping.. go back to the ink pad source for more ink, etc.. same thing with having a blood source....that's how you get repeated footprints
    - KK said she threw out tin foil from the cinnamon rolls
    - blood splatter high up..
    - used chopping wood as an example.. if you swung an ax, you would get wood castoff, that's how you get splatters.. basically the blood is "flicking" off a baseball bat :(
    - why you can tell its going on so many different walls...
    - Video resumes.. KK points out she climbed up on top of cabinets in kitchen to get blood stains
    - Using a piece of wood that Slater handed her, she pointed out blood about a yard above the cabinets
    - she had to climb up to get the curtains off
    - Slater handed her a broom to point out blood above the stairs (I think) - she pointed out an arc above the stairs.. consistent with an impact area.. radiates a pattern.. the blood drops closer to the source are more circular.. as they are more far away, they get more elipitical oval.. the low part of the wall shows a thicker blood stain.. higher up is more oval stains.. higher up was toughest for KK to clean.. expert says that really makes sense why it would be tough
    - KK said she noticed she didn't get spots lower on the wall bc she didn't move the tv stand
    - bloody footprints all over the stairs
    - video paused again..expert said "repetitive pattern transfer again" - that whole replenishing blood supply... again, think of the "blood source" like an ink stamping source pad you stamp again to replenish the ink/blood source and then start stampingh/walking again

    sam notes.. #2

    - KK pointed out area where tooth was found..
    - Slater asked about cookie cutters... KK said they were in the cabinet... PF had specifically told her to get those..
    - so much detailed info about blood from the expert...
    - essentially the expert keeps confirming that blood was found everywhere you would expect it to be found from KK pointing out different things
    - KB's father had head in his hands
    - PF would watch intently when KK was talking in the video and showing where the blood splattered
    - Bleach is a dna killer..
    - KK was not on stand, this is from the video of her with investigators at KB's town home
    - the blood on toilet was a smear transfer - blood splatter is the action - spatter is the....sorry, I missed the second part of that
    - the torn up floor boards have the most significance
    - blood is just looking for the path of least resistance... that's why it actually goes down in between the floor boards..
    - blood on the wall very, very tiny spots.. just milimeters
    - but on the floorboards.. 1/2 inch to 6 inches long... this is NOT just a drop of blood, this is a significant amount of blood, he called it "pooling" - validates what KK had told police and prosecutors
    - Dan May asked about floor boards, if dents could be made by baseball bat.. expert said yes.. has a curve to the dent... any type of hard wooden object could have created that.. shows a deviation from those custom floor boards... PF had told KK to look for dents in the floor
    - May asked expert if he had seen the black tote and could a person fit inside that... he said yes
    - May asked if KB's father was okay and he was so they moved on

Was there any information in the notes as to why he gave Bentley SF2's phone #? Was PF going to have her give the payoff money to Bentley? So many questions, just glad he cooked his goose and surely will get life in prison. PFs dad's death sure does need to be looked into!

I find myself getting distracted from SK's recap by all the women (probably men, too) flirting with him in the comments. LOL

    sam notes #3

    - asked expert how long blood takes to dry... long technical answers
    - may asked if he had evidence that PF killed KB with a bat, would that be possible
    - he said yes... estimated he hit her 10-15 times
    - yes, KB could have said, please stop.
    - "people are not easy to kill"
    - How would he respond to someone saying "This is not a crime scene because there is so little blood"
    - There actually is blood and it shows the cleaning efforts
    - "Nothing to show death was accidental, very consistent with a homicide"
    - Defense, Ashley Porter on cross... pointed out that expert had access to lab reports.. had published a report on this case.. she's trying to say that maybe he didn't tell the whole story here.. new report showed areas that didn't show KB's blood...
    - porter asked about spatter stains in kitchen... he said it wasn't evident until KK had pointed out
    - KK's testimony helped get the story, helps to explain it
    - "The story KK provides seems to align the evidence"
    - There was nothing inconsistent found with KK's story
    - 3 jury questions for the expert witness
    - question #41 - based on your experience, how much blood would be on the individual who caused this - answer was not that much, ends up getting on shoes, cuffs and collars, have done tests, always surprised the person doesn't end up with that much blood on them.. because of the castoff
    - question #42 - something about the floor boards
    - question #43 - where would you expect blood on the offender/person who did this - again, cuffs, collar, maybe hair
