Thursday, Sept. 3rd:
*Status Hearing (@ 9am ET) – KY – Josephine Mia Bulubenchi (3) (Dec. 8, 2018, Albany; had throat slit by uncle, died Dec. 9, 2018) - *Emanuel M. Flutur (33/now 34) (uncle) arrested (12/8/18) & charged & arraigned (12/11/18) with murder, 2 counts of 1st degree assault & 4 counts of wanton endangerment. Plead not guilty. $1M bond.
Trial was set to begin on 5/11/20 but cancelled due coronavirus.
12/18/18 Update: Case goes to the Grand Jury. Remains in jail, bond is now at $1M (from $500K). Next pretrial conference hearing on 3/5/20. 3/5/20: pretrial hearing continued.
5/11/20 Update: Trial was postponed due to coronavirus. Next pretrial conference hearing on 6/4/20. 6/4/20 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 7/9/20. 7/9/20 Update: Next pretrial conference hearing on 8/13/20.
8/13/20 Update: Next status hearing on 9/3/20.

The number they ask for must not include letters or any punctuation, should be numbers only.

Maybe someone else will have luck using exactly the right combo of info, but I will keep trying.

I cannot access this story because it is a paysite, but the Google search for suspect’s name turns a paywalled article from Clintonnews.net that looks like this:

The key news is that it appears the accused has been granted a change of venue to CUMBERLAND Co., Burkesville, KY. I am still trying to get more info.
