RICHMOND Gregory Todd, father of a missing Richmond woman, told the city commission Tuesday night that police officials had not responded in more than a month to his request for updates on their investigation of his missing daughter.
The sensitive nature of the investigation may not permit police to share all they know or all they are doing, Brock said, even with family members.

Court documents LEX18 obtained reveal a twisted plot with numerous people involved. Based on the affidavit, police were told there had been a hit out on Charles Walker over a matter of stolen money, and that Daniel Keene and Matthew Denholm were hired to kill him. Documents indicates Walker stole about $180,000 from the man who hired the duo to kill him.
RICHMOND The identity of one of the bodies found earlier this week off Tates Creek Road was confirmed as Sonsaray Sonsi Warford, preliminary hearing testimony revealed Thursday morning.
Denholm also pleaded guilty to two counts of murder in the 2010 deaths of Sonsaray "Sonsi" Warford, 30, and her boyfriend, Charles DeMarcus "Chew" Walker, 30. The couple had been missing for 21 months in March 2012 when their remains were found buried in a field near Richmond.
According to a police affidavit filed in 2012, Denholm was hired as a hit man to kill Walker, who had been targeted because he allegedly stole a large amount of money from a Richmond cocaine trafficker.
Warford, the mother of two sons, was killed only because she happened to be with Walker, the affidavit said.
There are other people involved in these cases. Two other men, LeBruce Ellington and Daniel Keene, face charges in connection to the murders of Walker and Warford.
A judge sentenced Matthew Denholm to life without the possibility of parole for 25 years for the kidnapping and killing of Sonsaray Warford and Charles Walker in 2010...
Denholm was also sentenced to life without the possibility of parole for 20 years for the 2011 killing of Zachary Flower in Berea. Denholm’s life sentences will be served at the same time.
Two men charged with complicity in the murder of a Richmond couple nearly five years ago are scheduled to stand trial Oct. 19.
Daniel Keene, 29, and Lebruce Ellington, 35, are charged in connection with the June 2010 shooting and stabbing deaths of Charles “Chew” Walker and Sonsaray “Sonsi” Warford.
