This UID was a Civil War soldier, age 20-25, and his case was discussed in Mary H. Manhein's Bone Remains book. The excerpt below says his remains were reburied on hallowed ground:

It was the remains of a Civil War soldier, FACES report to he parish coroner noted that conclusion.
All thou he has been identified as a CW soldier, he still remains unidentified without a name
