no, one of the suits was carrying brown sections that looked similar to broken down cardboard boxes (or wall sections)

Wow. All the rainwater that hits the roof and goes into the gutter would end up at the corner of the house and cause water damage to the basement.

That;s why the gutters have a piece to pitch the water away then hits the splashblock forcing water away from the house. Every house in the 'hood that way.Wow.
