Re: Prints on the knife. So many questions.

Prints on the sheet metal. Prints on the wrapping paper and floor safe that was allegedly drilled out of the floor and taken into evidence. Prints on the cigar box. Prints on the cutesy photo. I can’t find the cutesy photo in any docu or publication. It’s only the one taken of JonBenet from the floor of the White home. Prints on the photos found in Charlevoix. Was the tripod a thing? Mentioned in transcripts? Prints on the basement toilet. Boot print on the toilet top by the crawlspace. Prints on the window sill. Someone must have touched it, I don’t believe there were no prints by the broken window.
Did they find anything when they drained the toilet. What was the soapy liquid residue in the vaginal vault, was it Tide? Were the Barbies naked or clothed? Naked like the life size Barbie in the playroom? What was in the tree outside JonBenet’s window mentioned by Jeff Shapiro?
The bare footprints in the wine cellar (where JonBenet last stood?), prints on the boiler tank, the boot prints in addition to the HiTec print. Also- I like how in the CBS documentary, the unaging and refreshingly straight forward Agent Walker is like, I came into the room and stayed over here (gestures to the wall) because the child had been deposited here for some time. I feel like he’s maybe saying, FYI, it wasn’t my HiTec print. Wondering if maybe some prints were from Mason’s boots though? 3:44 The Case of JonBenét Ramsey (2016) | WatchDocumentaries.com

What did BPD find in John’s golf bag? It’s not a stretch to go from playing “Introductions” - “Introducing, from Boulder, CO, JonBenet Ramsey!”, to doctor, to dance recital, to a Randy Simmons inspired photo shoot. I don’t know.
I feel like Kai or Big Luke were spotted by Joe Barnhill on Christmas.

Whatsunderthenighttable96,

Where would I start in reply? I can only say there is an awful lot of evidence locked up somewhere in this case. We have been sleuthing for 25. If it wasn’t RDI then there is no need to not open this case and report what is known; is there?

I understand. Thank you. No comment on any of the above?
I don’t believe after 25 years no one put on their big girl pants, flew to Boulder and climbed the tree to check the limb for what he says he saw. If Shapiro did it… someone else did too. Is it time to tell yet? What could possibly be in a tree?

Thank you Rain.

Not offhand. Patently the R's were given the soft-glove treatment.

Obviously a reminder that JR or his attorney contacted BPD for clearance.

A case can be made for JonBenet sustaining her injuries anywhere in the house. The basement only if it would compel Burke and JonBenet to visit there Christmas night?

UKGuy,
Very soft gloves indeed! Typically when a homicide occurs within a home no one is allowed inside. BPD states this was a mistake they made. I am sure they were only following orders.

I don’t believe the initial assault upon JB took place in the basement, MOO.

Ah, but what folks are missing is that Burke had train locomotives and layouts stored in his bedroom, not everything was in the basement.

Well it's only staging if it's meant to deflect attention elsewhere, somehow that does not seem to be the case?

It is possible that he had train tracks in his bedroom to poke JB with. If the assault happened in BR bedroom then it could be considered deflection. The house was such a mess, those train tracks could have been anywhere.

Sure, this is why they kept back some dna lab results, just releasing whatever suits their agenda.

This so screams RDI!

Sure but JR's and FW's accounts regarding where stuff was located might have varied, with FW saying he moved some stuff about.

Basically JR did not know what FW knew, more so as he interacted with Burke, relocating him away from the house, etc.

I recall JR story of not being able to enter the train room without first moving a chair.

JR definitely did not count on the detectives being at the White’s house (questioning BR) while he was waiting for the perfect opportunity to find JB. He jumped on that.

Sure, much better to view Burke through the lens of a bad actor who is trying hard to impress, remember his question to a Police Officer, something along the lines: Is that a Rolex?

Basically Burke made a bad job of faking it. Look at his performance on the Dr. Phil show. So bad Dr Phil had to schedule another episode to explain away Burke's behavour!

I do remember BR concern over JB by asking about the Rolex.

Yes, Dr. Phil did make a good excuse for BR behavior … dedicating a show just for that topic without BR presence.

Just yesterday I caught an episode of Dr. Phil. I honestly never watch him (this topic caught my attention); as I don’t particularly care for the way he treats people. This episode was about Natalie Wood. The other people that were aboard the boat that night (friends) told a very enlightening story. They stated it was RW that was responsible and he asked them to cover it up. The good Dr. wasn’t to happy with this airing and at the conclusion of this episode stated that RW was innocent and nobody was stating otherwise? In so saying, I also realize the good doctor and JR have the same lawyer.

Absolutely. BR will not want any publicity after JR passes, especially litigation over his reputation, etc.

Any subsequent legal discovery process might unearth evidence of alleged perjury and catapult the Ramsey's into litigation recovery lawsuits.

This would cost loads $$ to defend never mind what would happen if he lost.

It would put BR on the stand answering some difficult questions.

Like Were you present or not when your mother made the 911 phone call?

This is why eventually it will be open season on the Ramsey case.

So ready for the season to begin!

Hey, no worries Whatsunderthenighttable96. You ask a lot of questions!

Just out of curiosity where did this come from:
What was the soapy liquid residue in the vaginal vault, was it Tide?

As far as Shapiro is concerned sure he came full circle in his belief. Perhaps he needed to come to terms with working for a rag magazine and all those recordings. Since he knows enough to hang out in the tree why doesn’t he give us some up and up?

Remember what the grand jury handed down? They placed their daughter in a SITUATION leading to her death and then helped that person avoid suspicion.

You have so many questions. Can we get some answers?

The scene in the WC seems chaotic- partially unwrapped presents, the bloodstained nightgown, the Barbie, and then JB dumped there too. However she was covered and wrapped as though by someone who cared on some level (the blanket).

Is it possible that rather than this scene being staged, it was somewhere that some items were left maybe to be moved/dealt with later? Was finding JB in the WC never part of the plan? Was she meant to be moved to somewhere outside the house to be found by someone else (maybe just someone random who came across her). After all we are not dealing with criminal masterminds, there would likely have been plenty of panic and quick decisions being made in that house.

And then the RN - IMO it’s main purpose was to detract attention from the house, to make sure everyone thinks JB is NOT in the house so that no one thinks to even search the lower levels.

To me the RN is one of the biggest lies pointing to the truth - it’s main message is that JB has been taken from the house, when she was actually still there all along.

icedtea4me,
Publish your theory, outline how it is more compelling than any BDI.

I've yet to see a consistent PDI , JDI or some combination thereof that explains away all the evidence and anomalies?

The good news we will find out one day who killed JonBenet, by then the case will be beyond cold case status.

Can you see BR popping upon the talk shows and doing his Ramsey Consultant on documentaries, alike JR?

.

My theory comes from Dr Andrew G Hodges, MD's books A Mother Gone Bad and Who Will Speak for JonBenet in which he has analyzed the verbal and written communications of John and Patsy Ramsey pre- and post-murder. I have also incorporated what is in the first chapter of LHP's "book".

icedtea4me,
Oh contraire, there is a huge difference in 2 cents and $20 million. 2 cents is a lot easier to give up then $20 million.

It isn't if that is all one has.

You're not familiar with the Bible story of The Widow and the Two Mites, are you?

21 And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury, 2 and He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites. 3 So He said, “Truly I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all; 4 for all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had.”

Bible Gateway passage: Luke 21 - New King James Version

Sorry, the King James Version is man’s word not God’s or Jesus’s. Religion per say is to control the masses. Spiritually connects one with your maker. E.g. how is a parasite considered livelihood?

UKGuy,
Smiling.

Conclusion: the logical explanation.

Of course it is if you have an insatiable desire to have a 9-yr old child be the perpetrator as opposed to an adult like yourself.

icedtea4me,
You do realize that we can not believe everything that came out of the mouths of JR or PR, right? <snip>

So, we're not to believe that Patsy graduated Magna *advertiser censored* Laude?

Much as I hate to interrupt the pornographic reveries, it was a common rumor--or maybe common knowledge--that John was having an affair with a highly-placed adult woman at Access Graphics (not the NYE invitation gal). Reading between the lines, this affair (if it was an affair) may have been of long standing. This is the more likely reason Patsy was mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.

Patsy had been diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer. Who would have the greater chance, due to their age of having the same thing happen to them: this adult woman or JonBenet?

Who would more greatly resemble Patsy: this adult woman or JonBenet?

icedtea4me,
Logically speaking PR stated she put 7 pair of size 12 bloomies in JB panty drawer. There were zero pairs found. Except of course the Wednesday pair that was found on JB postmortem body. The other 6 pair vanished into thin air.

Oh, I see. You are against God. No wonder you are a BDI.

E.g. how is a parasite considered livelihood?

It says mite, not parasite.

Definition of mite | Dictionary.com

noun
a contribution that is small but is all that a person can afford.
a very small sum of money.
a coin of very small value.
a very small object.
a very small creature.

Sure, they could have been in JonBenet's bedroom, it just takes one track.

Knowing the train set in the basement and the width of JonBenet's marks means we should be able to match the guage to the train set.

This so screams RDI!
Yes, specifically BDI or JDI, as Patsy was never staging for herself.

I recall JR story of not being able to enter the train room without first moving a chair.
Yes, so how did the intruder exit the via the basement window, then replace the chair?

Quick answer: it was BR tossing stuff out the window he broke to fake an intruder entrance point?

JR definitely did not count on the detectives being at the White’s house (questioning BR) while he was waiting for the perfect opportunity to find JB. He jumped on that.
Some investigators did their job, just shows us how some at BPD were on top of the job?

It was unlikely JR ever knew the statistics for who nearly always finds the dead body.

He had to know suddenly finding JonBenet beneath the floorboards would be a red flag, hence a possible relocation to the wine-cellar?

Just yesterday I caught an episode of Dr. Phil.
Dr. Phil is the goto guy for media makeovers and Court Presentation Profiling. e.g. wear a suit, smile a lot, speak politely, say yes/no sir/madam, sprinkle keywords/buzzwords, e.g. bible references, etc.

I also realize the good doctor and JR have the same lawyer.
Dr. Phil has to emphasise his client's innocence, he is likely on a very large annual retainer, loadsa $$, same with JR.

IMO, yes. As I have mentioned before the wine-cellar was basically akin to a homicide dump-site.

All the stuff the parents did not want the investigators to see right away as they arrived was dumped in the wine-cellar, this includes BR's alleged birthday gifts!

Finding JonBenet in the wine-cellar could never have been part of the plan, otherwise why not just leave her on the basement floor?

What you are likely looking at is the modification of a prior staging, with other items placed elsewhere in the basement, e.g. Samsonite suitcase.

And then the RN - IMO it’s main purpose was to detract attention from the house, to make sure everyone thinks JB is NOT in the house so that no one thinks to even search the lower levels.
IMO the main purpose of the RN is to offer a reason as to why JonBenets body has to move from her bedroom down to the basement, the rest is window dressing.

To me the RN is one of the biggest lies pointing to the truth - it’s main message is that JB has been taken from the house, when she was actually still there all along.
Absolutely, meaning there was never any kidnapping, its all fake.

Also the parents were prepared to fly away interstate that very morning on a private plane owned by JR and leave JonBenet's body behind!

JR's biggest mistake was to find JonBenet, he would have been better waiting to see what the evening brought, i.e. opportunities to tweak the evidence further?

Well as you can guess PDI is at the bottom of my suspect list.

She is never ruled out, but her forensic moves, e.g. not changing into clean clothing, etc demonstrates what her intention was and it was not aimed at herself.

Patsy as a mother was definitely dysfunctional, she hid everything with JR's money. Spending on the Paugh's via the Pageant budget, etc.

I reckon she married far too far above her class. She was never acquainted with wealth and all the cultural signals that you need to send, via particular high value purchases such as antiques, jewellry, art works, etc.

I cannot remember seeing Patsy carrying say a Chanel purse, or dressed in a designer suit, or casually remarking how she just purchased a nice Van Briggle ceramic piece, Patsy's taste had been heavily influenced by the pageant circuit, and it showed.

UKGuy,
Yes, that’s the ticket. I wonder how many different train tracks BR owned? Hopefully that information will be released soon.

Yes, so how did the intruder exit the via the basement window, then replace the chair?

Quick answer: it was BR tossing stuff out the window he broke to fake an intruder entrance point?

The door to the train room opened inward. So the chair could have been placed there, the door shut and then exited the basement window.

I have always seen the chair (bar stool height) was used by BR to open and/or close the latch located on top of the door to the wine cellar.

He had to know suddenly finding JonBenet beneath the floorboards would be a red flag, hence a possible relocation to the wine-cellar?

I understand this to mean the crawl spaces in the basement. If so, weren’t they dirt?
