    What are the chances he's one of the unknown Gacy victim? I know everyone likes to indicate serial killers right off the bat, but the timing, the location, and the missing person's age and gender put him the possible categories.

    Could be. Louis didn't get a case file until recently and there isn't a whole lot about him or his case online and the timing is also correct.

    Below are some reconstructions of his victims. What do you think? The first boy looks alot like Louis if you ask me.
