Any real mother that loved their child would DIE for them. If someone hurt my baby and threatened to off me next, that would not stop me from putting up a fight. Besides, she was able to go outside for a cigarette as seen by her neighbors. She could have easily told anyone the truth then. Manipulative liar.

MM looked so drugged out and out of it in court. I'm sure most of the time in the apt he was probably out of it. I don't think he would have even noticed if you walked out the front door or was in the same room.

She could have screamed out the apt or car window when they drove out to dump Bella's body in the trash bag.

I agree with sis Tamera. & Godmother RB does what she wants. Look at her mean wicked face. MM was probably afraid of her.

Her story sounds just as believable as Casey Anthony story of Caylee being kidnapped by Zanny the Nanny.

I'm not drinking the Kool-Aid. The story is BS. At this point I'm thinking MM may have been the accessory because he did what she told him to do or she would kick him out or some other threat. He doesn't look smart enough to come in out of the rain.

He reminds me of Disney Goofey. She was the ringleader.

Bella was dead and out of the way. RB was free to put in full time drug using. She only posted those photos and videos to portray a happy little family to pacify the interested parties so they would not call DCF on her.

I've had two situations with Children and Youth (C&Y). Both amazed me.

First one, my neighbor's husband passed away. Everything went down hill from there. Open and closed cases with C&Y. House has broken windows and lawn hasn't been mowed all summer. At some point Mom goes out of the country for a breast augmentation and leaves young children with babysitter. Babysitter isn't there, at all. Paternal grandmother calling police, school and C&Y with no help. Electricity turned off and kids come to my house. I call C&Y. Explain to them the situation and that the children have no clean clothing, a pet has defecated all over the house, no electricity, no adult supervision, etc... I tell them the children will be staying overnight with me.
They basically say ok. They did not ask me any questions. At the end of the call I asked if they wanted my name and address and the women says, "oh, um... yeah ok."

Just for reference I live in an upscale neighborhood in an upperclass town. This family has a never ending file with police, C&Y, the school, etc... the system has failed these children. The grandmother continues to fight but she legally has no rights to these children.

Second time. In another state that is known for strict marijuana laws. Mother finds out baby daddy is growing and selling pot out of his home with child living there part time. She calls DFS with proof and pictures. DFS and police get information wrong and give dad plenty of time to clean up and dispose of evidence despite his admitting to the crime. Within a month dad is completely cleared and child has to go back to his house. He has no job, a suspended license yet mom has not choice.

The system is messed up.

There is a lot of conflicting information right now in terms of the DOD and the condition of Bella's body at autopsy, which leads to a lot of false speculation. Until the DA's office clears up the discrepancies, it can only be speculation.

I'm going with suffocation from pillow or from being locked up in cupboard or closet. No visible trauma to the body. Unless that has changed.

I watch that house like a hawk, as do my neighbors. We've all tried. I've watch those children sit on the curb at 1am, I've given them Halloween costumes and had them walked around trick or treating with me and my children cause they don't know where mom is. I've called the police numerous times over the years. I now cheer loud for them at football games cause mom isn't around. And given them rides when I see them walking down the busy main road by themselves. It's a shame. Mom lays just below the laws to have nothing happen. God forbid something happens, no one would be shocked and family and neighbors would look like we sat around and watched and did nothing.

By the way, her Facebook page is full of loving mother pictures.

Mom doesn't acknowledge neighbors. I also take the position "All children are everyone's children".
My point is if something happened there are red flags all over the place with school, police, C&Y, etc...
Everyone would be asking how did this happen?? Every state has a defunct system.

Mom probably doesn't even notice. People like that blame everyone else for the way they are just make excuses. Heartgoesout, I'm 100% the kids do notice and they appreciate more than you know.

The kids did start a pretty big fire in a field up the road. Ugh, the stories I have about them.

If people don't feel they have anyone they can reliably go to for help in these situations they either start turning a blind eye or take matters into their own hands.

Regarding Rachelle's FB and lack of posts: I wonder if she posted the pics of Bella as public so JA could see them but posted everything else privately. That way she doesn't have to add him as a friend but he can (or could) still see how "awesome" of a mother she was to Bella. More of a show than anything. My point is that she could have still been active on FB but wasn't really caring about showing off her mothering because she was too doped up.

I was a mandated reporter and was very upset by things that never happened with my reports. Then I got smart

I asked who the person was that I was talking to. I said that I was keeping a reocrd of what I reported . I said if anything happened, I would be giving all of my info to appropriate parties.

I became very assertive. That seemed to work for me.

My SIL is not DCF but is a social worker. I asked him why nothing happened when I would report.

He said that what looked like something big to me may not be on their scope because they work triage, There are not enough people to look at these situations, Where I lived, the average length of child abuse investigative people was a two year stay . They cannot stand it. Usually what I saw was bright eyed bushy tailed young college grads who were going to make a difference. There are few people that can do this day in and out knowing that reunification is the goal

You can take somebody's kids from them because they have no job or drivers license.
