14 Year old reported missing yesterday was located. He is in custody and will be charged with murder of a 24 year old teacher Colleen Rizner. Rizner was found in the woods behind the high school.

Police/DA cannot release the suspects name due to State law but did confirm the "Missing Teen" was connected to the homicide investigation and had been located.

Two teachers in two days; I know I think more of the kids then NV happened in Sparks and now this. It sounds to me like a sexual attack of some kind. But they are not releasing any info on that. Nothing. One ? was where was she stabbed and LE responded they didn't say she was stabbed...etc.

Yes and both stories won't release the names of the suspects.
Not sure I like the blackout of the names because, we can't sleuth them.

If you want the name, look at Danvers dot patch dot com or other local Boston media and search "Danvers missing teen"

That is the same person charged with the crime, and his name and photo are all over the missing person-related articles. He recently moved to town from out of state.

I, too, suspect he was attracted to her or some such and lost it when she rebuffed his advance.

I have family in town there. Everyone is very shocked.

If you look, this student's name is out there. He was names when he was missing, as soon as he was found they stopped naming him. Only thing I've found so far is that he recently relocated from Tennessee.

Philip Chism is the suspect and he is being charged as an adult. All information will be in open court when he is arraigned in Salem, Ma District court today.

A 14-year-old student is in custody and will be arraigned in juvenile court in Salem on a murder charge after a teacher's body was found in the woods near Danvers High School.

The 14-year-old suspect will make an appearance in juvenile court. Juvenile court is closed to the public but the DA said his office will be looking very carefully at all the evidence and deciding whether or not to charge this teenager as an adult under Massachusetts Law.

Go to the facebook page/link for WHDH-Breaking News. The cameras are on in ADULT Court right now where HE is being arraigned.

Judge just called "Philip CHISM" in court.

Ma General 190 Sec 74...He is an ADULT and no longer a juvenile. Judge declined to block him from public view.

This female attorney is trying really hard to make it look like he's not a threat.
Putting her hand on him and everything. (He's a head taller than her.)
She is also getting shot down at everything she tries to tell the judge.

Judge denies it because the affidavit is not specific enough.
