GUILTY MA - James Robertson, 37, kidnapped and murdered, Avon, 1 Jan 2014 *Arrests, inc. former police officer*

"All four men were set to appear in Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham for a status hearing Wednesday afternoon, but none of them were present in the courtroom. The four defense attorneys met with First Assistant District Attorney Lynn Beland prior to the case being called and decided on a trial assignment date.
The four men are due back in superior court on January 24 for trial assignment. During that hearing, the attorneys will determine which of the four defendants will be tried first, as they intend to be tried separately."

I can't find anything on what happened Jan 24 and who will be tried first. Poor guy's getting forgotten.
