She has ZERO REASON to lie.

You must have missed the video I posted yesterday, with a time stamp, indicating how much snow was on the ground when the first officer arrived on scene. Not enough snow to have completed covered John and made him impossible to see.

Lally asks if Loughran is sure he didn't see a black Lexus SUV parked at 34 Fairview Rd around 5am.

Loughran acknowledges he hit a basketball hoop that night. Says he saw it but misjudge the distance as he was trying to go around.

Loughran says on Feb 15, 2022, he told someone named Paul that he'd seen a Ford Edge at the house. Couldn't say what color because he's color blind.

Loughran says he learned where O'Keefe's body was found through police reports and news reports.

Why can Lally ask him about Paul but the defense couldn't?

Can you imagine the pressure Lucky may have been under in interview with Bukhenic re the times? Hopefully the jury will realise and believe he has no reason to make up testimony unlike the cws witnesses jmo
